This is a good intro to the PR Expat life. We are planning our scouting trips in two phases. Phase 1 - One country, one month - will probably do a week in 3-4 cities to get a taste. Phase 2 - Choose the top five cities and spend a month in each. We are renting out our house to traveling nurses. So they rent on a 13 week cycle. So we come home once a quarter to clean and fix everything, then go out again.

Thank You So Much, you gave me great vision being part-time
Exposed a lot of options & the Flexibility. From Florida scouting trips to Puerto Vallarta, Colombia 🇨🇴 both Bogota & Manizales. Two excellent choices. I would like to add that return flights are booked and there are facilities that can give you the needed Covid test to return to the United States. While I was in Mexico the rule changed from three days to one day. I consider doing a RUclips on exchanging money. Thank you again for the very informative RUclips

I love this video. Thank you for posting. As a recent retired public school teacher, I want to live part time in Colombia and/or Ecuador, maybe Guatemala also. I have been to Colombia several times and hope to visit Ecuador later on this year. I would love to be a snowbird! . I hope to be able to work at my part- time job in the USA when I am in the USA and also work remotely when I am in the USA and when I am abroad. I am interested in teaching English online abroad, or in person in the USA.
