Hashimotos & a history of Epstein have Given me so many add/adhd symptoms! Stimulants caused me when worse rebound symptoms & they also wrecked havoc on my adrenals. Many docs than put u on anti anxiety & sleeping meds. I’m praying this helps you! I just know so often underlying autoimmune mimics this. I feel so much better dairy n gluten free. Minus not dealing with the hard side effects of stimulants. I love your videos! I hope you get Answers prays whichever route you go!
& I wasn’t saying it’s a bad idea! At all I just prefer having it on “lay away” lol simply bc having come off of it 2 yrs straight I had such sadness that I had to go on an antidepressants. I just wouldn’t wish my viscous cycle on anyone. Many of my patients feel so much better on this for adhd or simply for energy so I wish u all the best!!
Thanks for your insight! Honestly I am really nervous about the negative things that could come from medicating. I know there are commonly negative side effects and finding the right meds or dosages can be really tricky. It’s part of the reason I haven’t medicated for so long. You mentioned autoimmune issues and I have Hashimotos Disease which is an autoimmune disease. Some of my issues may be worsened or caused by my Hashi’s but my docs and I have agreed it’s at least worth a shot to get me on ADHD meds. So we will see how this goes!

I’d say that it never hurts to give them a try. Go up or go down on the meds’ dosage. Try to find your middle ground and then see where you want to go from there.
