Actually it's not Peter's perception of other people. It's the intent of other people because in most comic books Peter doesn't get ward of the actions of Venom because Venom doesn't mean any harm to Peter because of a sick twisted mind Venom has
I thought it was because Venom was part of Peter at one time and so his SpiderSense doesn't activate because it sees Venon the same way you'd see some hair of yours

I think Peter Parker can understand people's true intentions. Do you remember in No Way Home when Doc Ock and Norman were talking while Peter was curing Electro? Doc Ock said to Norman, 'You're about to be whole again,' and then Goblin came out, and Norman said, 'Just me.' Right after that, Peter webbed Goblin's hand. This means Peter understood Norman's true intentions. 😂

If i remember correctly, his spider sense wasn't working because of the overload it had when thanos snapped him from existence.
It was working, Peter just stopped trusting it after the overload, which is why at the end he starts trusting it again

Nah it was pretty much confirmed that its just because he was stressed out thats also why he wasnt able to dodge the train and in the end he was more focused because he knew what he should do

@@KayaOG Because when Ned opened the portal and Andrew came through, Andrew quickly realized that Ned and MJ were looking for Tom's Spider-Man. So, he understood that they were Tom's Spider-Man's friends. Maybe that's why.
