I group "beauty" and "glamour" differently... like beauty is a comprehensive term; umbrella term. Beauty can be physical, verbal, emotional, etc. Glamour, on the other hand, I process it as purely physical. I associate glamour with like... makeup and perfect hair and things like that. Shine and jewelry and sequins.

I would have to say for me it is about having a fulfilled sense of worth and gratitude towards myself, and in term allowing others to see that within me as well. What a wonderful vid.!!!!! It is a treat for me to see a woman who ENJOYS her femininity & HONES beauty. As you say, it really is within. And it is not about conforming to society's standards of "beauty". But I find that women today - 2024 - look absolutely frightful. And they have been this way for a few decades now. I am quite certain that "feminism" has a great deal to do with it. But I see women in my social circles who look dumpy & frumpy showing up at parties wearing t-shirt, sweat pants & sneakers. It is almost like a "uniform" for them. And being a "glamour witch" & a "mirror witch", I find that I am the only female wearing a dress/skirt & blouse made from beautiful fabrics, jewelry & a lovely fragrance. I love seeing men & women who love looking beautiful & attractive. I just LOVE EVERYTHING that you touched upon in this vid.!!!! Keep inspiring other women to look & feel their absolute best.!!!!! After all, "goddesses" come in all sizes, shapes, ages & colors.💖💖💖🙏🙏🙏

I think that taking cold showers are good sometimes for me and I do take them but not at this time of the year not for me I have a immune disease that keeps me sick with colds and a cold shower in winter it would probably give me pneumonia!!!!!!!
