Bath and shower magic is also great for people with chronic illnesses. Sometimes I feel so guilty about neglecting my practice due to my health and bath and shower magic is a way I can connect every day in a small way without having to undertake huge additional tasks.

    • @BubbleBunnyy

You shouldn’t feel guilty it’s your practice you don’t owe it to anyone but yourself to practice as much as you see fit. Even if it’s once a month it doesn’t matter your practice is no ones but your own.

    Just a small recap:
1- visualizing: visualize the soap suds taking away what you don't need anymore and imagine it wash down the drain
2- disclaimer: be careful of the herbs you put in the bath (organic is best) and of crystals you put in the bath (some dissolve in water and can be toxic for you)
3- things to use: You can use anything you already use like shampoo, conditioner, bath salts, etc..
You can use bath/shower magic to cleanse, draw magic or protection. Mostly used for cleansing and uncrossing anything. You can use herbs for specific intention (love, money, etc..)
Tip: use reusable muslin bags, or strainers when it comes to herbs and such cause it can be difficult to clean up
-You can make your own bath salts
-Bubble baths can be infused with herbs and such so they can be used
-you can use soap bars : you can carve out sigils on it.
For shower : use shower melts with infused intentions. You can make them yourself.
You can meditate in the shower or bath as well.
My own personal tip: for cleansing after a bad day or a bad experience , I imagine the shower droplets as beams of light that wash away "dirt" or bad emotions.
I love your content Olivia! Thank you for such an informative video❤️❤️❤️

One of the first spells I ever did was an anti-anxiety shower spell to wash away a really bad day at work and to have a better time the next day. I started off almost in tears and ended feeling like the weight of the world was lifted off of me. 10/10 would recommend anti-anxiety shower spells

I have a few extra tips for those interested:
Bath and shower magick are the best things I have ever implemented into my daily practice. I usually start by sitting in the tub and letting the water pour on my body where I feel like I’m lacking energy and talk kindness to the water, thank it for its presence, and set an intent. Then I’ll turn it into a shower and do my usual routine. Someone got me this as a filler present for a holiday, but I was gifted a soap bottle with a tip so you could write or draw in the tub, but I actually use it to write affirmations on my body. This is my favorite thing and something I definitely recommend. You can also use icing bottles and fill it with your body soap instead. I write the intention and repeat it aloud or in my head, then me rubbing the soap into my skin and washing myself with it is how I activate the affirmation and then washing it off is how I get rid of anything holding that affirmation from being true. I use Muslin bags and fill them with herbs and rub it over my body or squeeze it over my head to invite energy in. Another thing (if you like night showers) is that I will bring my salt lamp into the bathroom as well as a couple candles and turn off the lights and light the candles and turn on the lamp after everyone else in my house is asleep. I thrive in dark/candlelit environments so it’s honestly so peaceful but also powerful and cleansing.
I hope some of these tips helped someone looking into bath/shower magick. :)

One of my goals this year is to grow my finances. One of the ways I have been using shower magic is to just use the golden Dial soap bar that I normally use. I visualize it as a bar of gold and lather it like normal while picturing drawing in wealth. In the end I picture myself surrounded in gold and riches and I try to hold onto that feeling. I wanted to share because it is some simple really quick magic you can do for wealth magic.

Over the last year I’ve been treating my bath-time as my main ritual, which has been a wonderful gateway into my confidence as a young witch; by focusing my craft on this one thing-it gave me the realization that if I had the power to do it here, I CAN do it else where too. Long story short- I’ve started incorporating intentions in my food and spices I enjoy using. Excited to see where that takes me!
Love your videos and community, you’ve been a helpful part in my creativity of the craft!!✨💕✨

As a water/sea witch myself, I use shower and bath magick in my practice a lot! I like to use it to cleanse myself and my aura especially for daily use as an empath and also before i do my bigger workings like protection spells.
With my baths i like to take my favorite conch shell and meditate with it and occasionally use a bathbomb with color intention. For showers i like to cup the water in my hands and ask for cleansing and/or whatever i may need. One other thing i like to do is when im done physically washing myself, i use my soap to make a big bubble and blow the energy into it and use it to create a shield 💙
One last thing, since most showers are white, its a great time to put your hand up on the wall and check your aura. You can do this before and after cleansing. ✌💧 blessed be my dudes🌊

I take ritual baths every so often. I have my own bath salts I create for self-love. I have a central candle I place near the bath tub, and I usually light some sandalwood incense. Since I work mostly with the astral plane, I normally astral project in the bath. It's a really great space for getting your mind into a trance state and it's super relaxing! A great self-care practice for sure.

For dealing with my herbs and flowers for a bath, I have a cocktail shaker made of a big mason jar that I use. I’ll steep all of the ingredients for about 20 minutes, and pour that into the bath. Cleanup is much easier, and I can take the used herbs outside and pour them at the base of a tree as an offering.

A tip for herbal baths is to boil the herbs on the stove in a pot of water and strain with either cheesecloth or a mesh strainer into a pitcher. Then pour the mixture in the bath. I also like to add powdered milk, baking soda, salt, and lavender oil. Also remember, herbs have medicinal significance! If you’re having issues with eczema, psoriasis, or vaginal infections, you can use any inflammatory herbs to find relief. Also, to assist with keeping my intention focused, I like to prop tarot cards that align with the focus of my bath around the tub. I have a wandering mind so when I need to reign myself in, those visual reminders are a great way to focus. Amazing video! 🌙🛁✨

I love bath magic.. I also do not recommend crystals... I bought a jar of bath salts with rose and quartz crystals.. It was all good but picking up the little crystals were annoying at best. So I strained them out. I love sea salts with essential oils but really its so easy to make with a carrier oil like jojoba and sweet orange.. Buy pink himalayan sea salt your mixture of whatever you like rose hip oil is beautiful for your face. Or Rose liquid soap Dr Bronners... So easy to do without alot of money.. Candles with Sigils or soap.. Make it and believe me you will feel so good and your skin will love it too.
Thank you Olivia. I loved your last unboxing.

I really like using scrubs pre and post ritual. For instance if I'm doing something on the psychic plane and feel like I need a bit of extra protection, I'll mix olive oil with orange and basil essential oils and add it to sugar as a simple scrub. Just enough oil su that the sugar feels like damp sand, too much oil and the sugar looses effectivness as a scrub. I'll save it for my very last step in the bath of shower routine so that its effects linger longer. The olive oil is thicker in consistency so it doesn't get completely washed away and the sugar acts as a kind of gentle but final cleansing step. I make bath and beauty products so I always have oils, herbs and cosmetic bases on hand that I can use for ritual purposes. I also really enjoy a good lunar milk bath once in a while, I find they're great for ritual prep or as their own little ritual. They're super adaptable, and very enjoyable. Not really bath or shower related, but dry down clay and herbal masks can also be very effective for spell and ritual purposes, plus enjoyable and beneficial for the skin.

General rule of thumb with crystals if it ends in -ite it does not go in water. Also any form of gypsum (desert rose, selenite, satin spar, etc.) should not get wet it will dissolve.

At the beginning of February I was harassed by a man on the bus. When I got home, my bf helped me out of my clothes and ushered me in the shower. A scented candle (the ones you find at Ikea, nothing fancy, I don't have that much money right now), hot water, shower soap and my intention. I truly needed that cleansing. Still partially wish to hex that man, though... Anyway, this is a (I hope) good example of shower magic. The basic is to stay focused on your intention, everything else comes after.

Lovely. Coincidentally, I have been drawn to bathing magick within the last week leading up to the memorial of a dead family member. It can feel as though you are sucking in energies that aren't healthy through your pores. I've been craving the colour blue, cinnamon, ginger, nutmeg, lavender, cayenne pepper, salt, lippia javanica (similar to mint in many ways) and basil.
I had a long cleansing bath with a mixture of these substances and found it very rejuvinating. The herbs, spices and colours that I am craving seem to be good for cleansing, drawing, heating, refreshing and calming. Also, it was a mission to clean up and my drain would probably react badly if I did it often. Be well, take care of yourselves 💙💜

Clear, rose, and amethyst quartz are the only ones I know offhand that are 100% safe to go in water (make sure they're not coated w *anything*, natural or "aura"), there are prob more, but those are common and useful and easy to remember. Agate and jasper are too but there are too many things "called" agate, jasper etc. that aren't, so I would NOT recommend those unless you know what you're doing.
You can also just grid around your bathtub with stones rather than put them in the water, that's easier and safer. Also learn from my mistakes: if you put them on the corners/edges of a tub, they WILL get wet even if you think you won't splash :D
Love the muslin bags for baths - I do "bath tea" all the time! :)

I use showers in magic. For getting through changing times or wanting changing start with cold water and switch to warm water and visualize the change and feel the new with the warm water as it rushes over you

You've inspired me! Ps: Thank you for that crystal disclaimer! I always have my stones on my countertop, never near the water! 💖💖💖

I focus on intentions as I add each ingredient to the bath, such as moon water, bio oil, bath salt, oolong tea, rice water etc. I also pour them kn the infinity symbol and draw the symbol jn the water afterwards. In the shower, I'll focus kn intent when detangling my hair eg "hair grow long, hair grow fast" etc.

Kinda silly but for my baths I always listen to music, burn a candle and (in my particular bathroom) I have mermaids and fish there to kinda get me in the meditation mindset plus protect me (the mermaids not the music lol). My cats used to come into the bathroom with me but they can only stand it for a bit (not hot for me but for them it can be).

You can charge your soap and shampoo and other such things in the moon phases just like making moon water, so let us say you want to draw something to you charge your daily soap in the new to full moon, for cleaning dark moon and so on.

Yes! Not only it is a mess. It gets caught down below where you pee and poop. It irritates that area. First time lesson I just did last month.
