    I can tell you as a 15 year Automotive guy, the past 4 1/2 in the training role… BG works.
    Let’s talk about what’s going on within these Audi engines however… The dynamic service does an absolutely remarkable job of truly restoring an engine and safely removing sludge without adverse effects. It will clean the lower ring lands to near spotless restoring compression, what’s a little hard to do sometimes however is to clean the upper compression rings where oil doesn’t always travel to.
    The best course of action is doing a fuel injection service or in worst case scenario as a top and soak paired with this dynamic service and the results of been fantastic for the shops that are doing this.
    About a 90% success rate. part of the process is to also remove the plugs and check for cylinder wall scoring, if that is present there’s no chemical in the market that will put metal back into a motor however if there is no scoring chances are you’re going to resolve the problem.
    At that point I would continue to do BGMOA, EPR and 44K at every oil change interval moving forward to prevent the issue from returning

      People still think it is snake oil but it is not. When a new person starts here we give them a can of 44K. Two days later they totally believe in BG products because the 44K made the car run that much better.

    BG seems like great stuff. I’m running the BG MOA and it seems to be working.

      I run MOA in all my cars and my compact tractor. Usually run a EPR though the cars every 3rd oil change along with a 44k in the gas tank. EPR is the "lighter version" of the Dynamic Engine Flush.

    IMHO you should put ATS 505 Fuel Treatment, before or after, up to you, on the Fuel Tank and then some Lucas, and after that ATS 505 Engine oil treatment. Wow that rinse oil looks totally usable; maybe the Company should provide a filter, to rescue the oil, and use it to keep cleaning the engine, with the cleaner leftovers.
    Thanks for sharing. Added to my Cars playlist

    Audi's are also known for terrible PVC systems so switching to a catch can might also help.

    2014 VW Passat bought new,
    169,543 miles, EPR, MOA, and 44K works but its common for the PVC diaphram to fail too. Replaced my PVC breather in addition to using BG products.
    Very little consumption now, still ZERO squeaks or rattles. Using cruise set to 57, slow lane on GSP 100 Mile trip windows and sunroof open and get 41.2 mpg on a 1.8 EA888 GEN III gas powered engine. Not bad for 169,543 miles?

    Can you hear me now, can you hear me now??? I had an interest to learn if the engine cleaning went OK, any results to post or did the engine take a dump? How about some results, please.

      Engine cylinder walls probably scored. Wasn’t successful. That Amy assumption considering he didn’t preface the video with a bore scope procedure. If that hadn’t been done first, this was just a money grab from the customer

    Looking forward to the update on this. Just did a Berrymans B12 ring flush on a friend's 10,000 mile oil change 2017 Q3. She burns a qt every 300-400 miles! Have you any experience with the B12 ring flush or DSMO oil flush?

      The BG EPR works well for the price at least it has on my Audi A4.

      I just did a 5000 mile oil change on my 2016 golf 1.8 tsi so very similar engine, it's got about 123,000 miles on it and recently roughly every 7 days or so it would burn a quart of oil, if driving hard then 3 days, I changed the oil separator/pcv (on top of valve cover) and that helped so now it loses a quart every 10 days, I did an oil change a few days back but before I changed the oil I went for a 20 minute drive to get the oil hot and checked the dipstick and oil was a dark brown but much lightet than the oil that was drained in this video before he did the BG flush, I put in a whole bottle of liqui moly proline engine flush and let it idle for 15 minutes then checked dipstick and oil was BLACK AS HELL, I drained the oil which was super black after the liqui moly proline engine flush treatment and put new oil and filter and now we wait and see if that did any improvements...my hope is to eventually get the carbon on my pistons rings dissolved away so when the oil light comes on again I will put in marvel mystery oil as a top off quart which should help slowly dissolve the carbon deposits on piston ringsas well, then I'll do another oil change with zero additives to see how the oil burning is and if it improves to about 1 quart per 5000 mile oil change interval then 1 more can of liqui moly proline engine flush so do the trick...I've owned it since 30,000 miles and its always burned oil, I followed an 8000 mile oil change interval since I do mostly highway driving but seems like that wasn't good lol, so decided the last few oil changes to switch it down to 5000 mile intervals

      @@monikhushalpuriany luck with the proline engine flush? Just used it on my q5 with the 2.0t. I was also using about a qt every 300 miles.

    does this clean the air intake valves?

    • @kingsautorepairinc.
      @kingsautorepairinc.  9 месяцев назад +1

      Not really. It will pull some cleaner through the PCV system and across the valves but it will not be enough to remove built up carbon. You are going to want to us an intake cleaner designed to break up carbon sprayed into the intake with the car running. If the build up is too much for the Intake Cleaner you will need to remove the intake manifold an physically clean the valves.

    Where do you get the dynamic engine cleaner kit? I have tried BG website and searched vendors to no avail. Also contacted BG company and they are just rude and useless. I just about don't want nothing to do with BG if it were not for wanting to try this engine cleaner.

    • @kingsautorepairinc.
      @kingsautorepairinc.  7 месяцев назад

      The best place to get it is from an automotive shop. Side note, they are now the OE fuel system additive for GM. BG and its distributors don't usually sell to the public because then they have to charge and collect tax. I got it from a source that they are going after online retailers because most of the product is old. BG has a policy that they take back old product to recycle. That being said you can find it online but it is usually old stock.

    On modern engines, 10-20% of old oil will remain in an engine. This old oil mixes with new and causes it too darken. When oil is heated to high temps will cause it to darken as well. Ive done dozens of clean oil flushes, and it takes a full oil rinse to rid 99% of old oil. The machine industry refers to this as a full volume oil change. I run 10k oil changes, using Group V 100% synthetic oil, and rinse with clean oil. It has 188k miles, and top of the engine has zero, varnish, carbon or sludge and looks brand new.

      The biggest issue is shops/people running whatever is the cheapest oil and people driving 10,000 miles on an oil change. It doesn't meet the standards the manufacturer says the car needs and it causes issues. I doubt man people will do you like you do and fully flush the engine at every oil change.

    That car did not need the full service bg treatment. Shoulda just used EPR instead.

    Probably the result of someone going with 10,000 mile oil changes.
