For me, the ideas in ruclips.net/user/postUgkxy_pn55PK60wAV3X_C_RoLS_67mNonoCE Plans were a starting point for building different sheds . Ryan gives ideas that allow an individual to draw nicest conclusions into the design and building of his or her own shed.
This man is efficient in how he builds and explains the house. He provided insight to the construction and reasoning and is obviously passionate about his work.
I feel bad, people are asking why these tiny homes cost so much, it's because those people think of building it themselves, but what they don't see is the labor, the hours, the tools, and the engineering that goes into it.... The homes are being built by fathers, brothers, mothers, daughters, you can't feed a family on crumbs so you have to charge at LEAST what the labor and materials are, and the rest is the profit margin. I appreciate this model, it's simple and has everything (Bar the compost toilet, hate those things, would rather deal with the plumbing or have a tank to empty out) I mostly wanted to thank all of you who build these homes. Here in California, it's rough, I am having to pass by these 250,000-450,000 dollar homes and then I look at my 1700 dollars a month (40 hours civilian, one weekend a month military) and I end up hanging my head down.... Absolutely no way I can afford those homes, but a tiny, functional, and sturdy tiny home that I can fund in the next 5-10 years? I am totally down for that. Thank you so much!
yeah but at $100,000 you mite as well get a small house for that price.i also think that a lot of these builders are getting out of hand with what are asking for these tiny homes. its getting way to expensive.
thats what i say too. it IS about the price. my mom's house was 150,000 with a 20 year mortgage she pays less rent than i do renting! but she owns her home too. i just cant see paying 100,000 for a tiny home. yes you gotta pay for labor but when do you cap it and say ok a regular house would be a smarter option? you can buy double wide moble homes absolutely beautiful and more space for less than 100,000!
Richard Watson I agree with you and I think they also forget about the cost of the trailer itself. I'm sure it runs about 3 to $5,000. That's a big chunk of money.
Randy Jones and Incredible Tiny Home's is keeping the dream of owning a home alive for me and it's something that I never thought I would be able to have. So thank you so much Mr. Jones and company for giving me real hope!. 🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻
Can't agree with you anymore. A majority of these tiny house builders who don't list the price know that they're overpriced and will scare of potential buyers right off the bat.
Agree totally as I have written somewhat of a tribute to him on another of his videos. Everyone talks about transparency but he delivers with real info needed, integrity and style too !
He will put the price in the description then he forgets. I asked him to do this in a comment Um shopping for one and multitasking to web sites is frustrating.
Randy Jones--THANK YOU! Finnally, a price that is very reasonable, & keeps thousands of customers in the "Ball-Game". I will buy from your company, IF, I get to buy a Tiny-House. Just because, you are obviously a honest person, & I like the way you do bussiness.
I LOVE your videos. I laugh at the 2 of you ( the lady behind the video camera) non stop. You are like a comedy duo. Randy, you are a born comedian. I laughed for EVER the day you were hiding from her under the tarpaulin. Also, you dont try to sell luxury everything. You tell us what the customer chose, how inexpensive it was , etc and that's why your prices start at $35,000. You are always upfront about what it costs at Lowe's and what you recommend. You were BORN to be on the stage
I love that you show your homes without putting down other tiny house builders. This looked really spacious and airy. The layout felt comfortable and surprisingly spacious.
Well done Randy and thx for listing the price - now you need to build one for the Canadian market where the pipes don't freeze at -17 C (2 F) - thx for sharing - cheers from Canada
Once again, you guys have created another wonderful tiny home. Who would guess you could get such great quality for a very low cost. Thanks for all you do.
Gosh I wish I had found you years ago I would've love to have bought this home. The price is just right and the layout is exactly what I'm looking for. I sure wish you would bring this one back. Love what you are doing Randy.
Love y'alls company. I live in AZ and this is perfect for the property I have in mind. I also really appreciate how you help your customers save money and produce wonderfully well built tiny homes for incredibly fair prices. Of all the builders I've been researching over the years, you guys are by far my favorite. I'm glad your part of the tiny home community. You're helping the movement progress and also making it possible for people to make the transition from a financial perspective to get into the homes they really want.
"i'm completely standing up. On my knees" - LOL - jokes aside, wow, this is a wonderful home. I don't know how you're keeping THIS craftsmanship so low, but you've managed it - must have some really good connections with your suppliers. A 43 or 45 thousand dollar product for 35 - good work man.
wow there's no words to describe how shocked I was to see the inside of that tiny home! I never would have guessed from the outside that the inside could fit in there and be Beautiful
I love the sofa/bed idea. I could not go up and down stairs to sleep due to physical limitations. This would work for me so well!!! Great idea y’all!!!
I think you all are doing awesome job at building tiny homes, if I had the money, I would definitely buy a tiny home. You're doing a great job keep it up and I hope to have a tiny home one day ,great job to everyone there ,you all are awesome.
Hedidagreat job with showing the tiny house and it is so very nice. It needs something to hold on to when you go upstairs to the bedroom. I like the room that it has in it. Thanks for sharing this home with us. God bless you Karen Nichols Omaha Nebraska.
I love these of fruits homes. Having an off grid option makes it so much more affordableTo use as a tiny home. I'm looking to move to my daggers home in CA. Not having to connect to water and electricity will save so much. You've made my dream actually doable ❤
I like the simplicity of the build. Its beautiful and well made. The couch is the best simple idea I've seen to date. No slats and strong with the thick wood. Keep up the good work!
Question... I keep seeing vids, ppl leaving their tiny homes because of moisture problems that they said, caused rotten wood and frame, also molding. My question is, i believe this Is a problem, with the small size, so do you address this issue while construction of these tiny houses? What can you do? Also, if you're experiencing this now, any suggestions on what to do? Thank you
Agree 100% Randy! I HATE when a bathroom is so small you cant change clothes, etc...bravo. And those side by side kitchen and bathrooms...AWFUL. Have yall doneone with a wet bath yet?
I love this but I would need some sort of guard rail on the stairs anD maybe a another stair at the top. I'm just verly five foot so that last stea.p would be hard. Other than that I love the house.
Materials are very expensive today, Especially wood,,, People think they get stuff for free now a days.. And you pay for professional labor ,,,And the best thing,, Its your own and one of a kind design... Nice work!
I think this house is one of the beautiful houses I've ever seen my dream is to have my bathroom upstairs with my bedroom with at least 5 two inches to walk around upstairs my front room kitchen downstairs but I love your designs someday God bless
I just don't understand the cost it's hard to believe it cost that much I was wanting one I've found nice little home beautiful inside on half acre of ground it's a two bedroom for 65000.00 and it's beautiful
Well presented with pride and articulation. I like that design, I'm happy to see a smaller price point with the same amenities as higher costing units.

@Ace Carter LOL yeah most aren't trust worthy but I agree with you and Travis both. Best wishes guys !

Richard Watson and these aren't even expensive. There are some that run $100,000+
so very true, it's all about quality of life vs functionality.

It is nice that you list the price. Doing so lends an incredible amount of legitimacy to what you do.

Gosh I wish I had found you years ago I would've love to have bought this home. The price is just right and the layout is exactly what I'm looking for. I sure wish you would bring this one back. Love what you are doing Randy.
Would all the custom wood-probably his Amish partners would build it-might be closer to$70K today. Great home though for one person.
He's so adorable. I really enjoyed this video.

Randy Jones!! Please still be in business in 5 years when I'm ready to have my tiny house built!
My favorite tiny house yet! Thank you!
The space under the stairs could be used for storage.... I'd need a lot more storage....closet for clothes, desk and work space....
Great price, great layout. I would love to customize it a little bit though with just a few things. I will definitely be keeping this on the list!!
This is the best 18 footer I've viewed. Would be nice to see vids on your 24 and 28 models.
They go up to over 30” L
And there is one 10ft wide! I’m thinking my Hoveround will fit nicely! 🙏😇🙏
Have you not noticed all they have to offer? Your question has already been answered abundantly on their web pages
I absolutely love this home! I’ve been saving to buy one from you to bring to DeKalb Co TN! ❤
I LOVE the layout of this tiny home, it looks way bigger than 18 ft with how open it is. Awesome build.
I like tiny houses they are awesome
This is such a wonderful use of space and materials! The wood is gorgeous!!!! The house feels really large as well.
so what I want to know is what kind of tiny home design would you come up with for a large family that wants to travel in their home?
i would recommend a barn door for the bathroom going next to the fridge when opening.
Is there a high-quality walk through of the "original" $15,000 tiny home? I'm so curious as to what it looks like inside for that price!
Agree 100% Randy! I HATE when a bathroom is so small you cant change clothes, etc...bravo. And those side by side kitchen and bathrooms...AWFUL. Have yall doneone with a wet bath yet?
Nice build..if i have enough money i want buy one..
omg I want this one...
What is the insulation for this home? Looking for home to winter camp.
Nice work. Great presentation. We can feel your energy:)
I love this but I would need some sort of guard rail on the stairs anD maybe a another stair at the top. I'm just verly five foot so that last stea.p would be hard. Other than that I love the house.
DO U GUYS HAVE IN HOUSE FINANCING?
Beautiful!
I like it for the price and practicality.
***TRUE .. INCREDIBLE tiny home ..***
you are a great marketer, you can sell sand to the beach, i liked the tiny home though
Materials are very expensive today, Especially wood,,, People think they get stuff for free now a days.. And you pay for professional labor ,,,And the best thing,, Its your own and one of a kind design... Nice work!
Nice design and I like the exterior materials. Did you build storage in the stairs up to the loft.
This guy is excellent at selling the house. really like it, good house and vid!
I like the full stove. Is it possible to get a propane/gas stove with oven that's approximately the same size?
Wow! Great design! Room to move!
Can it stand -55 weather in Saskatchewan Canada ?
très belle réalisation en plus l'idée du lit génial encore de bonne idées merci pour la vidéo
I think this house is one of the beautiful houses I've ever seen my dream is to have my bathroom upstairs with my bedroom with at least 5 two inches to walk around upstairs my front room kitchen downstairs but I love your designs someday God bless

Love the sofa bed!
Well presented with pride and articulation. I like that design, I'm happy to see a smaller price point with the same amenities as higher costing units.
