I will also show you cool things about the MyToyota app and things about getting your GR Yaris on tracks like the nurburgring and how to maintain your warranty.

The brake vents are open from factory if you have a circuit pack model. They are closed off on non-circuit packs.
Also under EU consumer laws, modifications cannot void your warranty unless the manufacturer can prove a correlation between the mod and the fault. You obviously lose the warranty on the part you modify directly. Changing your exhaust will not void the warranty of your headlights for example.

The soft limiter is a warm up function. when the engine has reasched the optimum operating temperature the limiter goes away. This has been my experience though I'm open to correction. cool channel dude, some of the tips were new to me, thanks. I love my GR.

Try to hold the traction control button for 5 seconds, until the Expert word disappear. The limiter is now gone. You are welcome. (although it doesn' t make any more power 🤷‍♂

And yes, I can confirm putting it in sport mode and pushing the traction control button to turn it off, disable the rev limiter on the GR Corolla I’ve tried it on my Circuit edition and it works

If you hold down the TRC button a little longer, the «expert» sign will go away. And I think it turns off the traction even more

Yeah I saw that as well. If u just press the button it only turns sone TC off.
But for unlocking the full stationary revving u just need to press it once

Could be. Maybe worth bringing it up with the dealer. The car has been out for like 3 years now. No reason for it not to be in the app

The Toyota app get awful reviews. I have a GR Yaris, but doubt I will bother with the app based on the comments made about it.

I guess all car apps are pretty bad. I know Mercedes people hate the My Mercedes app. Not sure what's wrong with My Toyota though..

Hi bro! I hope you are well! My dad has a 2021 GR Yaris Rally , Glacier white. I found out something that you might not know of. If you use an android phone, not Apple, and you connect your android via usb, you can play movies on the screen, and the video will appear.
