Elora reminds me of my daughter when she was little. Such a beautiful happy little girl.My daughter is 24 and still sweet natured. Thanks for the videos.❤️
Those meals look delicious. I love the McCormicks seasonings, and the brown sugar bourbon is great. I adore Elora. She’s so sweet giving her Mom compliments, and her dance was super cute. Thank you for sharing your life with us. ❤🙏

Good morning Stephanie and Buddy☕☀️🌻Great idea and looks delicious 💞 I LL have to look for that McCormick spice, never heard of it, you guys have alot of awesome ways of cooking, a nice variety even on the go! Thank you for sharing🐝🍯🐝🥰
Good evening Stephanie and Elora. The chicken and vegetables with rice looked yummy. With you having a busy lifestyle I can see how this would help you feed and travel with the family easily. Thanks for sharing and Elora's little dance was so cute. HAGD.
I just learned something from a friend, what to do with chicken bones after you eat. You can take the chicken bones and boil them until soft then toast them in the oven , then blend them and the make good bone meal for your pet
That looks good! I can see how this can work for a busy family on the go. Years ago I used to spend Sunday afternoons making a weeks worth of freezer meals. Then all I had to do when I got home from work was pop one in the microwave, heat and eat. It made meals easy when I was tired. 💖💖💖
Looks really good Stephanie I’m glad to see u put veggies on their plates my grand daughter has a weight problem & I tell my son it’s not her fault its yours he never introduce veggies to her 👍👍👍🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼
I used to do that every Sunday when I had a job and a house full of kids...it was such a huge help during the week to just cook pasta or rice to go with whatever I was thawing out precooked. I call that sauce, "Whatchersister" lol Love y'all, mean it
hi enjoy the morrow's on saturday 18th in my home looking at all that i have missed and i learn new meals for me and enjoy all you blessed friends out there as i have a home nursery for a special child so he enjoys the animals during the week so i look at all the others i misswhateveryou make and try keep your videos coming
Your meal looks great! I have a gas grill, my late husband used it and I never watch how to turn it on and now I have no clue how to turn it on and use the grill. Wish I had paid attention when he was alive. Lots of things I wish I had watched him do 😢
Aw, Evelyn Im so sorry for your loss, but I bet he would be so proud of you if you could turn it on. Maybe google the make of it and see if a video can show you how. Cook something in his honor :) Hugs to you.
Oh my goodness your chicken looks so good and the veggies I'm sure are good also. I love to grill outside when I had my own place. Since I moved to another city in an apartment we are not allowed to have a grill or barbecue in our little tiny patios. Thankyou for sharing your chicken, rice and veggie meal on the go.
That is amazing cuz I did the same thing when I was working. I’d buy my meat in bulk, usually chicken thighs as SAMs club and take one day a week and make enough meals for one week. I would just have to them grab a container out of fridge into my lunch bag and go to work. I’d grab a second one at home for supper. Saves a lot of time, expense on fast food that isn’t as healthy, and I know what I’m eating is good for me. I saved quite a bit of money doing that. I also brought my own decaf for the day and water. The chicken thighs, usually about 12 in a package for less than $8 would last me a week. I just roasted them in a 9x13 with some garlic, onion powder, salt and pepper for about 45 min at 400. I could add carrots to the pan or broccoli to roast. Or make a separate pan of roasted veggies. One day of cooking and clean up is so much easier than cooking and cleaning everyday.
I always rinse my rice until the water runs clear. I also use Jasmine rice and my instant pot. I was told by a friend who was Korean to always wash rice to get starch rinsed out. I always have and it’s delicious. Enjoyed your video.
Hi Steph👋 I freeze the bones to make soup. Adds a lit of flavor. I heard bone meal (after boiling, is empty calories. Lovely 😍 marinade n chicken looks delish! Chicken broth is great! I use it for mashed taters now instead of gobs of butter (if you're watching that sort of thing.) Thx 💙 for sharing! Have a blessed 🙌 day. ❤️ n 🙏s always. Elly ❤️
Great looking meal prep. I use Pinto beans a lot for mine. Kinda of a Mexican food staple. They miss it if it's not in there, lol. I will take yours. Yummmm.
Looks good! I really like your introductions to your posts…I’m sure it takes extra time to have a different little intro film to each one but it makes them each special!
Thank you, Steph. I asked my husband what he uses that bourbon seasoning on. He is the cook here. Maybe i will surprise him and make your chicken snd zKim's mushrooms
Dinner and a show (from Elora)! The chicken marinade looks delish. I bet it would be good on boneless pork chops too. I like to batch make marinades and freeze the meat in the marinade. Then just pull it out the night before and let it to thaw/marinade in the fridge. Also anytime I marinade meat I make a double batch at the same time and freeze one! Thanks for sharing Steph. I am going to try this one too!
I knew there was reasons why I like you, but when you said you prefer dark chicken meat over white meat...done!! It just has so much more flavor and moisture.
Good morning Stephanie and Elora I am going to have to try getting both those spices the brown sugar bourbon and uncle Chris. Thank you so much for sharing. Have a good day, be safe love you all

Do you have a Winco grocery store? Ours has at least once a month boneless skinless chicken breasts $1.99lb. Just a fyi Amino Acid is a healthy soy sauce. You can't tell the difference. My dietian suggested it. I just admire how easy, healthy and clean your recipes are💞
Thank you very much Steph for this awesome meal prep. How many days will this last in the fridge? Are you saying the whole week as in Monday through Friday? Thank you, please do more like this. Big hugs 💕🌸💕 ps I ordered some of the veggie seasoning from Amazon. Cool

U can also can some broth from them 👍
I've seen them cook dog food like that with chicken/bones and rice etc in Jamaica in the late 1970's.
Huh. What a good idea.
Have you heard of giving raw bones to your dogs? My friend said dogs can eat them raw but not cooked?
I’m speaking of chicken bones.
Oh my gosh are those veggies!!!! I vote for you and Buddy as the best chefs on the Hill. love your little family!!!!

3 minute rice in the instapot.. I am a rice eater, so this is a definite must try.

Looks yummy going to try this Chicken❤️❤️
I love my Instapot for rice!! And hard-boiled eggs!!
The best for convenience for sure. Great for ribs as well and just finish off under a broiler and bbq sauce.
That is close to my homemade marinade for my deer jerky. I would also add more pepper flakes and liquid smoke
If wrap a wet paper towel around each zucchini + squash they last a lot longer. ❤❤❤
Looks wonderful!
Good job!❤
I really like your videos, you have so many helpful hints
Looks yummy Stef!

That looks really good, I'll have to look for the bourbon spice...
Kroger has that spice.
@@pattdunn9845 we only have Walmart, County Market and Aldi's.
If I may suggest, we Asians typically rinse our rice; basmati or jasmine. We rinse as frequent as we can to remove the excess starch. Give it a try 😊
Me an rice have had problems for sure so since alone buy rice in bags an cooks perfect an enough for me for two meals! Love watching you fix meal chicken sounds real good May have to try it!
Looks AWESOME! Have a great day #Steph 🙂
Gotta try your marinade!

They normally last 4-5 days in the fridge, if you make too much you can freeze them too and then just stick in the fridge to thaw.
