These Cured Egg Yolks Changed My Life!

- Èla friends we have had so many people ask us to make a video on cured eggs after we made them for our Maggie Ramen Noodles. Seeing as this is one of my all-time favourite condiments, I thought it was time to show you guys how easy they are to make. The smooth creamy texture and salty sweet yolk are especially amazing on steak and pasta, but you can also grate them over salad, fish, potatoes, pretty much anything, as they are so versatile and compliment most dishes.

What happends if you have load shedding
It’s in the fridge for 7 days in the salt and sugar mix. I had normal loadshedding with no inverter and it was still fine
They look like candies 😅🤣
Yeh they do! Lil Eggy Candy's 🍳🍬😂😂😂

Is there a full video for this recipe? It isn't clear if you cure them under refrigeration or not. Also where should they be stored after curing?
@puggirl415, this is the full video. Ok, yes in refrigerator to cure and as long as you refrigerate them in an airtight container, you should be able to store them for about 3 to 4 weeks 💙🥚
m8 why r u talking in my left ear only?
7 days!? Daaam
Yes definitely, @blindsoldier9101 for best results 7 days is the way to go!
Jus outta interest in general, can u eat them jus like that???
I’m not sure I would but grated is lekker AF
Chicken Bottarga.....
I would not have thought to call it that but I guess you're right 😂💙
Add them in what ways? Grated like you did and how else?
@PIndyJones whatever way you like. Maybe you prefer to very thinly slice them... texture wise, grating them is the way to go, think of them like a creamy version of parmesan💙!
@@thephatgreeksa thanks!
@@PIndyJones I'm here to inspire and try things out the hard way so you don't have to 💙
