Please get a judge who isn't going to be afraid to actually try the food! He didn't even take a bite of the first one. It looked like he just tried the gravy a little bit and gave a rating. How is he gonna say it's too damn big, you're literally eating turkey wings, it's a big ass bird. He took teeny tiny toddler bites of the other plates as well.
I was thinking the same thing. I've seen actual toddlers with better palettes than that dude.
Also the size of the food is not the chef's fault... like complaining that you don't like the taste of milk in a milk-based product, or you don't like the color of broccoli... wtf are they supposed to do about it?
And I would expect those timid little bites out of someone who suspected the food was poisoned, sheesh. Dramatic much. Worst "unbiased" judge to date.
He literally tasted a tongue tip’s worth of gravy and rated the whole thing based on that! Ridiculous and childish 🙄

You need to bring on a judge that has experience with all the food thats being made, that way they will give an unbiased opinion, and not one based on pickiness/inexperience.
If y’all are gonna have a judge at the end pls make sure they JUDGE and not be picky they have to eat it to know. I know this ain’t Hell’s Kitchen but 😭

I don't like when they bring people on who don't even want to try the food because what's the point? As long as it's fully cooked and safe to eat, you can take at least a couple good-sized bites. Still love BJ's music though.

This was such a fun experience. For it being my first time making collard greens I’ll take them being Beyoncè over the wings lol.

Im a turkey wing master. I love turkey wings. The TIP is soak your wings in apple vinegar after washing them to get rid of the game taste. Boil cook them for 20 min in water and apple vinegar 1/4 cup to soften them up before you season them and put them in the oven. All you need salt, pepper, smoked paprika garlic powder, onion powder, optional :rosemary, oregano and thyme. Bake 350 till they are golden brown. down.
"I don't want rice on Thanksgiving" ha! can't say that in my house. I live with a Jamaican....need I say more? Lol. I always make what is called Jamaican/Canadian mash up. My dad(we're white) gets mashed potatoes and typical sides and my bf gets rice & peas with typical JA sides. But there's ALWAYS a turkey. Maybe oxtail and/or goat too. Mac pie too.
