I cried at Eli’s last walk through the tunnel and Shep caught me in tears again. I will always remember him wearing t-shirts with his teammates’ names and number and cheering from the sidelines when he was IRL. And at Shep’s wedding with OBJ and other GMen dancing and doing the shoot. This is what the Giants organization breeds more then any other NFL team, a true sense of brotherhood and community.

It's really crazy how close the Giants were to being 9-8 or 10-7 despite all the injuries if they had only beaten the Eagles the first time and won the games they should've against the Bills, Jets, and Rams.
I said 7-10 this year only because of strength of schedule and injuries. We were given a surprise last year. Next year with another draft and free agency looming we will only get better. A rebuild is a 3 to 5 year process. Dabs and Joe will break the mold of coaching/gm staff being broken up after 2 years. We are a lot closer than most fans think. Please Kim enough with the Saquon questions.
Yes, Giants could have been 8-9 or 9-8, I said this in August when so many people were saying 12-5 or 13-4. We as fans need to be realistic, not only was the schedule tough, but the first portion of it was just really hard, the league did the Giants no favors with that opening portion of the schedule. Dallas, at San Francisco, Seattle, at Miami and at Buffalo were 5 of first 6 games. Went 1-5. Then went 5-6 the rest of the season, and Giants battled and hustled every game. Horrible OLine the first half of the season, injuries played a big part of the OLine being historically awful. The D improved as the year progressed and the Offense has improved significantly since Tyrod was inserted back. Tyrod should have been starting the second he was healthy enough to play. DeVito was a good story, but he is not the same caliber as Tyrod, and it’s not even close 😊
Record wouldn’t really matter our offense would get demolished in the playoffs even if they won the wildcard again. This defense doesnt get enough credit hopefully they can keep building on it, not the worst way to end a bad year.

Devito was a big time hype. He won against bad teams. And everyone thought he is the future. He is not. He still is a back up 3rd string QB.
Why do you have to put down DJ to compliment Taylor? Is a negative way approaching something. How did you feel last year when DJ accomplished with no other quarterback did against the Vikings and I don't care about their defense being bad. They won 13 games with that defense they were playing at home. A lot of these fans are fickle you don't have to destroy one person to encourage another. And how people hyped them as you say DJ had no control how and who hyped him.He was the first man in and the last man out he worked off season with the receivers he did everything asked of him and more.I wish them both well not matter where they land or retire.Both the Oline couch and Special Teams couch got fired today a too long coming that was more of a factor to failure than anything else.

Tyrod Taylor should have been the Giants starter all year long over Daniel Jones ... You paid the wrong QB ! ... Tommy Cutlets is even better than Jones in 4 games he had 8 TDs that's more than Taylor and Jones combined through out the year .. Daniel Jones needs to go let Tyrod start next year and also draft a QB and Running Back. Let's improve the offensive line finally as well
Would love to see Saquon back with the Giants. He is a leader and a great guy to have in the team. He has been majority part of the offense. yes he has history of injury and many time not consistent with short yards. But still a player who opposition do worry about and has home run ability each time he is on the field. Hard working guy who never cheats the game with his strong worth ethics. However NYG GM should not disrespect him by doing a franchise tag on him. If JOE Shoen does not want to give him a 3 to 4 years contract then let him go and let him at least try to find a deal elsewhere. Sad part is that he wants to stay but Joe as a tough GM will not give him a deserving contract instead gave 40 million per year to overrated, injury prone and turnover prone Daniel Jones, sure he is a QB no comparison with RB but still overpaid DJ. Dexter, Saquon, Kayvon to a certain extent and Bobby were the only players who were worth watching in NYG this year. As a football fan, guys like Saquon is why we watch the game. Good luck to Saquon if this was his last game with the Giants. Hopefully some other team treats him with respect and gives him a good contract.
Schmitz out again with an injury. When healthy he did not play like the scout gurus claimed he would. He is no Jarvis Kelce or a plug and play cant miss guy. The Giants are horrible in drafting O-linemen . They should focus on proven O-lineman in free agency.
Really??? Center is a tough, demanding position…runs the entire o-line…the guys in his first year…he did great considering everything that he was faced with. Let’s reserve judgement until after next season.

This coach is not going to hold on to the locker room for long. He just about lost it this year. He’s potentially running the best DC we’ve had in several years right out of town with his militant approach and the players will eventually follow after.
