Jalen Hurts is a very wealthy mid qb. He doesn't elevate the play of the players on the field with him. He needs elite players at all positions for him to look above average. He's really not that good! 💯
He's also not a leader. When things are going bad he's usually sitting by himself on the sidelines looking disinterested. He's not motivating his guys on offense or hyping up the defense. I know his personality is laid back but show some fire every now and then, especially when your team really needs you

They just want to be left alone, and you have to give people who react this way that space. When they are ready to talk (usually when the stress subsides), they’ll come around (the ones who handle things like an adult).
Teddy is absolutely right. Hurts has proven that he can't elevate lower string receivers. He needs his top receivers and weapons to have success. He isn't Josh Allen, Lamar Jackson, or Pat Mahomes. Without his weapons, it's like he's stuck trying to figure out what to do. The coaching is also still a major issue. Feels like nothing from last year was fixed.
