what is the time signature of that music? i'm having a real bad time trying to transcribe it to musescore so i can read properly but i feel like i'm dumb xD i'm looking at it as a 4/4 but it does not match

I have it at 4/4 at 127 bpm and seemed to match the original perfectly. I’ll upload sheets soon 😁
