Hi Dr. Paul, this is amazing what you did and how you managed an approach that is both innovative and safe. Congrats on this important step. I was getting nervous for a while 😅

Dr. Paul , wow , you did an outstanding job on this Avengers 1 . can't wait for the concluding vids . i've been buying comics since 1968 as a little kid and have amassed over 65,000 books , none of which have been restored . just amazing what can be done nowadays !

Excellent work as always Dr. Paul. Just a quick question though which doesn't have anything to do with this particular video or methods. I have seen some others use Magic Erasers. I don't think I want to do that, but wanted your opinion on it. Thanks for all you do for the comic book community.

Dr. Paul, for your CaOH misting method, does this cause any micro beading on the pages that can be seen with a magnifying glass? I've seen some posts where this can show up when misting pages with a peroxide / distilled water solution. Do you think the CaOH can be used with the BLEDO (Blue LED Overlay) method? Also, how long do you think the CaOH mixture can be stored in the dark misting spray bottle? Sorry for all of the questions, but I'm intrigued by the CaOH process. Thanks!

Dr. Paul, for the diluted 25% CaOH solution for the 10 oz fine mist spray bottle, would I add 2.5 oz. of CaOH to 7.5 oz. of water? Or would I need to dilute the solution further? Thanks!

Dr. Paul, where can I find the full "Paper conservation methods: a literature review" PDF or document to reference to purchase? I can't seem to find it. Thanks!

Hey Lenny there are many options, each with pros/cons. I did a video on them: ruclips.net/video/I_jPpC7nONc/видео.html
