Inherited an 02 Escalade AWD with LQ9 from my father and it currently has 330,000 miles. No major engine work yet or trans. So far has only needed an alternator, few hoses, shocks n such, brake lines ofc cuz snow, but everything else has been rock solid. Not a tick or hard shift yet. Even still has working power mirrors and heated seats. They just don’t make em nowadays like they used to. Such a shame.

unrelated to the exhaust, i always loved the gauge cluster on this gen escalade. i had an 05 trailblazer and it was just plain black plastic, how was GM making that cluster at the same time😢they cheaped out on us lesser chevy folks

Way to go. They just made a luxury SUV sound like a $1,000 farm truck. With the tailpipes turned down in the back the drone will be booming through that cab. He'll be back in a couple weeks to put something like a MagnaFlow on it.

Question you as a Exhaust Addict! Do a factory Escalade ESV EXT or base length do they have some sensors after or before the Cats? I want know for myself i dont know
They all come with oxygen sensors. Two before the catalytic converters and two after the catalytic converters

Negative. I did this to my 08 Tahoe 6.2
And the results were terrific gases from the engine, spread all over and inside the cabin . The reason the muffler is in the back is because you don’t want any gases near you. If you didn’t know now, you know.😅 plus the black tail lights. It’s a big NO NO here in California. I did not recommend those either because I got multiple tickets as you guys know, is one more reason for the Uncle Sam to collect 😅
That's bc you got the shxtty generation of GM SUVs. Everyone knows they went to shxt after the GMT800s. My taillights are smoked and I haven't been told anything about them once

Way too quiet. Owner should have just run open manifolds. Which is hands down the best setup and perfect back pressure for these Escalades.
