▶ Recipe and ingredients:
~ 1.2 kg pork (beef is also suitable)
Fill with mineral water
Let marinate for 30 minutes
50 g butter, some vegetable oil
Drain the liquid from the meat
Simmer for 30-40 minutes
new potatoes
Cook in salted water until soft (15-20 minutes)
3-4 onions
Increase the heat to brown the meat slightly
1 large pepper
2 cloves of garlic
30 ml soy sauce

И сочетание их (например, часнок с луком или масла - соевое, оливковое, растительное) не самое оптимальное, поскольку отрицательно отражается на вкусе блюда. Да и картофель с кожурой. Да и слишком долго всё это тушится. В общем, крайне сомнительное блюдо. Возможно, китайцам оно и нравится.
