    Yes the Daily Practice of Sudarshan kriya helps a lot in handling everyday stress. No doubt those 25-30 minutes invested in morning keep me energized full day. It is high time everyone should learn and practice Sudarshan Kriya daily.

    James thank you. I saw your brilliant Rangan Chatterjee interview and I've ordered your book. I love your work and how it fits with other meditation and breathwork in my life (and ongoing spiritual rebirthings). Absolutely wonderful. Love, gratitude, peace. How did that go? I'm not getting the best impression of that organization. I don't know of another ready way to learn yogic breathing techniques though.

    When I learned meditation practice from Prem Rawat I wasn’t so sure of what to expect. My biggest epiphany occurred while doing the breathing exercise called “holy name”! It occurred that breath is straight from God. I threw out my high school education of air being so much this or that mixture of gas and chemicals. That was 1978. I learned to breathe through my nose then but wasn’t taught the uselessness of breathing through mouth. That I learned from your book Breath. I downloaded the books of your mention also. Between the authors of “New Thought “ (which isn’t new at all) Neville Goddard, Prentice Mulford, Brown Landone , even Rev. Ike I’ve been loading up my thinking with this information instead of society, institution, government, medical, military, industrial, educational brainwashing. Thank you.!! The breath is most important for life and living in the Creators Company ,Heaven on Earth!

    What’s the difference between sudarshan kriya and pranayama?

    • @umanerurkar1664
      @umanerurkar1664 3 года назад +1

      Pranayama is best for optimal lung functioning .. there are different types of pranayamas.. Sudarshan kriya is a powerful breathing technique that will not just eliminate long standing health problems but also get you to feel peaceful, be calm.. mind more relaxed, focused.. it’s totally experiential .. cannot really explain in words the effects after practicing Sudarshan kriya.. just go for it.
      You may call 9137434806 for further understanding

    • @lauraharding3101

      Pranayama is an ancient art of yogic breath regulation. Sudarshan kriya is a few strands of that practice that have been co-opted, streamlined for modern use, coined and marketed for sale by a certain organization which operates a bit like a pyramid scheme, is my understanding. I would really like to hear Mr. Nestor's views on the matter.

    • @MS-bb1pb
      @MS-bb1pb 3 года назад +2

      Sudarshan Kriya includes Pranayama + Rhythmic breathing. Hence it results in additional benefits. Specifically: Pranayama- 3 stage Pranayama + bhastrika Pranayama.
      SKY: Rythmic breathing.
      I've been practicing SKY for more than a decade. It is something which you can do anywhere without any equipments.

      Hi Laura, before you comment you should do your research. Pyramid scheme is where people make money. All of the teachers of Art of Loving work as volunteers and they make no money. They do it because their lives were transformed and they want to do the same for others.

      Some do nowadays. Especially when nothing else seems to work. And most of their treatment is prescribing medication. Natural is always better as it gets to the root cause without side effects
