    I’m 48 and in a 2 year relationship with my 22 year old filipina fiancé. I’m the only man she’s ever touched and she’s very mature for her age. We have an amazing relationship and I can’t wait to marry her. LDR is tough, but we talk every day and of a disagreement arises, we work it out. As with any relationship, it takes patience, commitment and understanding. Filipina women are AMAZING and are worth whatever effort you need to put into it.

      Junior Dunkley believe it or not, most filipina are attracted to a man that is kind hearted, works hard, fears God and treats her right. It’s not always about looks when dealing with the filipina woman. I know it’s hard to understand, but it’s the truth.

Women are women .... A good Filipina appreciates things for what they are ,at most any age .

    My Filipina gf is 25 years younger than I am. It's been over 4 years and it's better than ever! We're happy and that's all that matters. I was married for 20 years to a Western woman 2 years younger - nowhere near as good as what I have today. It's nobody else's business who I choose to have a relationship with.

    • @pauls4742
      @pauls4742 5 лет назад +7

      @Christmas Trees you are making a lot of assumptions. Relationships are based on many different factors, physical attraction being one. Why do you assume that she's sacrificed her happiness and that I'd want to be with someone who isn't happy? Lots of assumptions.....

    • @pauls4742
      @pauls4742 5 лет назад +4

      @Christmas Trees I agree in essence with what you're saying. I'm suspicious of outliers and I don't like to consider myself one. I have no intention of defending myself or my relationship. The point that I'm making is that I object to is sweeping generalizations. I don't think that either me or my gf are "sacrificing" ourselves. Both of our lives have improved considerably since getting together which is what a relationship should do. Perhaps physical attraction plays a greater role for me than it does for her. However, she often comments on my physical appearance as do her friends describing me as "guapo". In the end, it doesn't matter what others think about us or our relationship. We're happy together and our relationship works for us. We've been together for over 4 years and get along better than ever. Maybe it's not the norm nor does it fit the typical relationship model however it works for us as odd and unusual as it may appear to others.

    • @pauls4742
      @pauls4742 5 лет назад +4

      @Christmas Trees no it doesn't. She has options other than me, just like I have options other than her. Her friends tell her that she's lucky to have me and she agrees. I feel the same way about her. You seem to have some notion that since she's 25 years younger than I am, that she must be desperate and willingly sacrifice herself for her family. And that I'm some creepy old pervert happily exploiting a younger woman. I was married for 20 years to a woman very close to my own age. It didn't work out and now I'm happy with someone 25 years younger. It doesn't HAVE to work out for either of us, but it's working now which is all that matters as far as I'm concerned.

    • @pauls4742
      @pauls4742 5 лет назад +7

      @Christmas Trees I understand where you're coming from. It's always sad to see a rich old person exploit a poor young vulnerable person. Even if her circumstances are dire, it's not fair to take advantage of that situation. I'm 60, my gf is 35. She's a teacher and can take care of herself. The fact that we have a 25 year age difference doesn't bother either of us. People may judge us based on their opinion about what constitutes and appropriate age gap. . Everyone is entitled to their own opinions. In my case, I'm happier with someone 25 years younger than I was with someone 2 years younger and she feels the same way, also having been married to someone closer to her own age. At the end of the day it's doing what works, regardless of other people's opinions.

    I have found my pina, after having been in contact with messenger for 2 years every day for a few hours. During that time we have grown closer and closer and decided to take the next step. I traveled to the Philippines in April 2019 to meet her,
    I had already arranged everything in advance so that we could get married if everything were really the way we felt.
    We got married in May 2019 and I really met the prettiest and sweetest woman in the Philippines.
    go there again for Christmas and New Year and arrange everything to live in the philippines to be with her every day for the rest of my life. I have never met such lovely and beautiful people I have met many lovely friends so it can really be if you are honest

      @Christmas Trees That's why it's better to get married in the US instead, if the countries are going to be like that.........AND like a comment up above stated, if a male movie star married a female who was 20 years younger, nobody would think anything of it......... Also, I know SEVERAL American couples where there's a 20 or so(give or take a year or 2) age gap and they have been married for several years.....Again, I'm talking 20 years, which is pretty common, even here in the USA..... I'm not talking about 30 or 40 years, to me that's too extreme and creepy(but to each their own, I'm not judging)..... BUT Filipina women hold their beauty much longer than American Women.....I've seen very attractive 40 to 45 year old Filipina Women...

      @down-the-rabbit-hole 5 лет назад +1

      @Christmas Trees I'm saying that 20 year age gap is more common than you think, that's all........And again, when it happens to movie stars, nobody says anything about it.....
      Regarding your "old gross men" comment that you make on several threads, when you are 70 years old, are you still going to think that old men are gross? and if not, why? is it because you yourself will be old and gross then? So if you are old and gross, does that mean, all of the sudden the man is no longer old and gross? or at age 70, will you still consider him old and gross?

    14 year age gap between my filipina wife and myself. She's 4'11" tall and I'm 5' 10". She is 36 but looks much younger. A lot of people she meets think she is 16. So yes sometimes people tend to judge by what they see. And of course many of the American women are jealous. But like my wife says its not her fault that most of them are very obese and that makes them look much older even the women in their 20's. We have a wonderful relationship mostly because we both have the same mind set on finances and also share the same interests. If you would have told me 10 years ago i will meet and marry a woman 14 years younger i would have laughed it off. But sometimes there are people that only cross paths with you once in life and she was definitely that person. I have never met a more loving, generous and harder working woman in my life........and i never will ever again! Great video😀

      @Christmas Trees Yes we are both in great shape. That is a very legitimate point you make. You see a lot of foreigners with young Asian women that probably haven't seen their male anatomy in years because they are so out of shape : )

      @Christmas Trees Do keep in mind that most of these guys are giving these people a much better life than they would ever have and their families included. I am very lucky in the respect that my wife has a very good job and was supporting herself and her family before we met. I also did not meet her in the Philippines. We met in Chicago. The positive side for these women is the men will die way before them and most will inherit there money,pensions social security etc. We know several Americans that are married to filipinas and several of them are extremely wealthy. A lot of them are scuba divers and take the women all over the world with them on vacations. So do not feel as if their youth is being stolen. Many of them are living like rock stars : )

    • @stevelawson68
      @stevelawson68 5 лет назад +1

      @Christmas Trees There is no argument at all. Only someone that is soured on the idea of an older man being with a younger woman. If this is the case then lets comment on guys like George Clooney and many others like him. And while we are at it lets discuss the American so called cougers. If your not familiar these are 40 50 and 60 plus year old women dating and marrying men or as you may call them boys in there early 20s. Just my opinion and that doesn't mean I'm right or wrong. Just putting it out there. I have seen the other side of the world and giving to a charity! Really!! We financially help 150 kids from my wife's province on Cebu. Had we never met this would not have been a reality. Many expats living in the Philippines and abroad that are married to filipinas have very big hearts and along with their wives are doing great things to help people there. We apologize if you are disgusted by the site of these untraditional couples. Remember you do not have to watch these videos. SKIP SKIP SKIP!! My friend: )

    • @stevelawson68
      @stevelawson68 5 лет назад +3

      @Christmas Trees This is true anywhere in this world. In western society over the past three decades women have used their entitlements in the court systems to bleed men of most of their resources. I know this because i am one of them. I'm a lucky one because i still have enough left over to live a very comfortable life. Do i agree that not all of these men have good intentions "YES" i do. But many of them do have good intentions. I obviously am not a woman and can never see it from that perspective. And to be clear my wife was raised by her mother and taught to cook,clean,manage money and be feminine. According to her most filipino women are raised this way. She is very proud of these attributes and would never trade them to be a westernized materialistic woman. She is a very devoted Christian as i am. We believe in sharing our blessings and we do on a large scale. Watching these videos only tell a small part of what is usually a much larger story. If i told you what my wife's family had to do to survive it would bring anyone to tears. All that i am trying to say is don't put all the apples in one basket. There is a lot of good fruit to be considered.

    • @stevelawson68
      @stevelawson68 5 лет назад +1

      @Christmas Trees Ok so we can agree to disagree ; ) and lets be clear on something. In western society relationships between men and women are always based on finances and status. That is an absolute truth. You can have a great man but if he does not meet the economic status that most females feel is acceptable he will be rejected. You seem like an educated individual and i respect that.

  • @CraigRodmellMusic

    I found this interesting. I only ever had three relationships with women in my life. All three were long-distance. The first was with a girl in my own country. I was 27 and she was 17. Needless to say, I eventually got shit on, and it PERMANENTLY cured me of any interest in girls much younger than myself. It also permanently cured me of any interest in anyone involved in the so-called "Born Again" movement.
    My next two relationships were with Filipinas. The first one was fourteen months younger than me, but cultural and language differences eventually killed that relationship. The second one, the lady was two years and nine months younger than me. But this time, all those four things you mentioned lined up. That lady and I celebrated our 20th anniversary last year. We're both now growing older together because our ages are similar. Now I'm not knocking relationships with larger age gaps, but I do think that those four things are much more likely to match up if the age gap is not too much.
    Another aspect to be considered: When I have been back to the Philippines with my wife, I have often seen Caucasian men in their 60s and 70s getting around with Filipinas young enough to be their granddaughters. I'll keep my opinion of that to myself. But what makes me wonder is, have these girls considered that they will probably find themselves widowed within a short space of time? And after that, it's probably going to be much harder to find someone else because they will be a bit older themselves?
    To conclude my rant, I know relationships with a large age gap can work - your own relationship is evidence of that. But I think the chances of a successful relationship are much better if there is only a small age gap.

    My partner is 25 years older than me. But he is young at heart😊 I am proud to say that we actually get some comments from people we meet saying that we look good together. Maybe I look terrible or he just look amazingly good for his age😂😂 Age gap don't really matter to me since we click in almost everything. I love cooking, he loves eating 😂😂 I have that pride where if somebody says my food ain't good then I'll try to make it good😊 Anyway, coming from different culture we were like cats and dogs in the beginning. But we also knew that we can't live without each other for some reason. He ain't rich as many would say "I wonder why she can't live without him?" With a hidden meaning😊 We don't even go out much and eat in the restaurant like some foreigner and Filipina couple. We maybe go out to eat like four five times a year😁 We are on a budget. Never had maid. I did all the chores at home and more. I really tried very hard to learn to cook foreign food since I do love cooking. I want to live good with him though we are on a budget. I grew up eating dried fish and sometimes we didn't even have dried fish. We sometimes ate rice with cooking oil and salt or sometimes soy sauce. So I love to shy away from such while I can coz I believe that I can always eat those when I can't afford any other food. Food in the restaurant are just too expensive for us. Anyway, as I mentioned we were like cats and dogs in the beginning. No one would really think that we would last til now which is we are more than eleven years of being together by the way. We tried really hard to stay together though we fought a lot. We are really compatible in almost everything. He is pretty dedicated to us and I love that from him. He prefers to be with us than go out drinking. He drinks a shot or two at home. I like to stay home. I actually have peace at home. I just have my phone or tab and music. I'm not very much of a TV person. But I do watch sometimes. He loves his coffee and newspaper. Since we moved back here in Dumaguete he said he don't read much newspaper. We were in Cebu City for almost nine years. My partner goes to the coffee shop drink his espresso and sit there for an hour or two. Meet friends sometimes. Compatibility is not a question. Intimacy is not a question. When it comes to expectations, well I wasn't really expecting much. I just go with the flow. I just really needed him to be with me and be a good person to me. I can't speak for him coz he has his own thoughts about me. Anyway, we live okay though we don't go and travel around the world. Can't afford😊 We have a four year old son now. I share this because I am proud about our love story and I also heard a lot of people labeling us Filipinas with a foreigner to be gold diggers. Just to show that not all are gold diggers. I have three brothers by the way and my family are doing there own thing. My partner don't support them. He had given them small amount a few times but that was it and he did it on his own.😊 Don't get me wrong I do want to help my family but if I can't afford it then there is nothing I could do. I will not also pass the burden to my partner since if he doesn't want to do it then what can I do. At the end of the day if I am with a Filipino he won't be supporting my family too so I treat him the same. All I know that though we still have disagreement sometimes I am still happy to be with him.😊

    No matter who you are, where your social status are bonded, your age or the age gap - one thing and one thing only is crusial and that you love your partner unconditional from the bottom of your heart. That includes both sexes. The filipina girl should go into a marriage with one major object on her mind and that is to love and be loved. And that goes for the man too.

They knew everything but actually they dont. I'm on my 30's. They fail and they wont to admit that they were wrong. The good thing about, age gap is maturity. You will learn so much things from them. (And.then *STAY* away???) ...OR... do you *REGRET* the fight, and rapidly find yourself sorrowful about you two being apart... ? IF you find your own heart ACHING over the fact that you are distant (because of fighting) then.... guys.... do NOT fight - that - urge - ! .... it is called: "Growing Up" .... you must understand it has NOTHING , Zip , zero , nada .... to do with being "whipped". 19 yrs between me and my husband. We have been together for almost 10 years. I couldn't imagine my life without him by my side. And to think, we would have missed out on our soulmates if we would have conspired ourselves with the opinions of others and what they may say. Yes, we have different ways of approaching and handling situations & We enjoy different activities due to the generational gap. We are complete polar opposites but we balance each other. I don't think of myself as having "daddy" Issues. However, I have always been attracted to alpha males that isn't afraid to take the ranes and lead. They have to be that to handle me. Someone that isn't afraid to set me straight, tell me like it is, and guide me in getting outside of my own hard head to look at things at different perspectives. I am also an assertive woman. Some people may call it an Alpha female. I do the same to him. Truthfully, in his eyes, it is my greatest asset and what he loves most about me as well. It's difficult to explain and there are not enough words to describe our love for one another. To sum it all up; age is nothing but a number. A successful relationship takes work on both sides despite how easily everything sends to flow. We just click. Two miscut, bent, and broken puzzle pieces that miraculously fit together perfectly, without forcing it. That is us. The Graves'. The perfectly imperfect couple

    Really enjoyed the video and your insight. I am 63 and my last relationship ended a year ago to a western woman in her mid 30’s. like yourself I am healthy, young at heart as I’ve usually been in the company of younger people due to being in a band for many years, and I don’t feel right or compatible with women my own age. It’s not a perverted thing it’s just my mindset. I have a younger mindset and people just don’t understand it. I am in really good shape for my age and having never had children, and regretting now, I would love the chance to remedy this with someone I really love and care about. I’ve always given 110% to a relationship but they ( western women ) never give the same back. I’ve taken on board what you have said in your presentation, which is sound advice. I believe a Filipino woman is the right fit for me as a soul mate. I have been researching there culture and understand that the meeting of mind, body and cultures is the key to success in these relationships but I am still not sure of how to approach this in the correct manner. I need all the help I can get in order to get it right first time. I’m an average guy with an average job but I still believe I have so much to offer and most importantly I would love the opportunity to help someone achieve there full potential as the UK has all they would need to do that with the help and backing of myself. Am I getting this right and for the right reasons ? I could do with some feedback on this. Thank you

    Age doesn’t matter as long as you are happy, compatible and in love. My husband is 14 years older than me and we are happily married for 10 years. Building a strong relationship is not that easy especially when your culture is different. We went through a lot of trials but we also passed it, there is no such perfect marriage relationship. Just trust each other, understanding and avoid fighting so that the issue does not escalate, and put God first into your relationship.

  • @WengStansWorld

    I am in a very serious relationship with a Filipina. She really is a very wonderful woman, and I truly feel blessed to have her in my life.
    I am 55, and she is 35. Very early in our relationship, she asked me how I felt about her and I having a child. I have two grown children age 18. I felt like I just spent 18 years of my life raising children, and now I am 55 and want to having " Me Time "
    But I also understood her point of view that she is 35 and she doesn't have much time before she would no longer be able to have children. On the other hand, she understood my point that I am 55 and if we had a child about a year from now, I would be raising that child until I was 74 years old. Does that mean I will be working until I am past 74 years of age ? That mortified me and it almost ended our relationship.
    She conceded to me on that issue. she told me that she has been caring for children most of her adult life. ( she is an Au Pair )
    Things have changed at my job. I will only be working 15 days a month, or 6 months out of the year. I will be doing about 1/4 the
    amount of physical labor I was doing...So now I feel a little more open to the idea. She still has many years left in her for work, so
    maybe in 10 years, I can be a stay at home dad.
    That's really been the only real issue in our otherwise incredible relationship.

    • @CrazyFilipinaLove
      @CrazyFilipinaLove  4 года назад +1

      Weng's Man Thanks for sharing. Really appreciate your comment. Its reality. To have more Children or to not have more children is a big deal. If life plans don’t align this can mean heartbreak later on. I was 40 when I met my wife. We talked extensively about children. Currently I have 4 from my previous marriage, 7,9,10,12 and have 50/50 custody so Im in full blown active daddy mode. A little different than your situation. With this being said we discussed trying to have 1 maybe 2 more kids max by 45 or so. I love being an active dad and want to be there for any new kids we have just like my current kids. I want to be here to see them go to college, become an adult, get married and give us grandchildren.
      Its great that you did debate and really think about this with your Filipina. Wish everyone would.
      At 55 your still young. While having kids all over again at 55 may seem scary ( god willing and good health ) at least you will be there for the child. 55 is the new 35 right? Hahaha. So you’ll definitely have the energy to be active.
      Another good point you make is the financial one. Filipinas sometimes do not think about the difference in the cost of a child in the U.S. as apposed to Ph. I say this with the upmost respect for Ph, but the U.S. standard for being a parent and raising kids is very different than Ph. Laws, Culture, Parenting Dynamics, etc.
      Im very happy for you. We wish you the very best. God bless the next chapter in your life.

    Just subbbed! After watching your video, I had to comment! My age gap between me and my fiancè is 12 years. I am a Filipino having been raised in the US. At first, she was reluctant to even talk to me, because in her mind, Filipino families are so judgmental! Well, we'd been exclusive for about 19 months until we finally met in person, and that's when I proposed!
    Our age gap was something we had talked about extensively, but she was at the age where our life paths were compatible, so that's why we worked! We're currently waiting for the NVC to send our application packet to the US Embassy in Manila, but I just wanted to say hello and give a little insight into your first point!

If you feel similarly after digesting my thoughts, allow me to apologize in advance! The same concerns of intent and romantic integrity are ever present regardless of etnicity or country of origin! When one dares to become vulnerable and risk the possibilities of romantic bliss or be devastated by something less then a honorable attempt to build a loving, lasting & monogamous relationship or marriage. I'm of the opinion, that regardless of the stigma attached to Thailand, Brasilia, Russia or the Philippines, we should be as cognizant of a 'scam' or some degree of sexual, emotional, re-citizenship allocations & financial subterfuge even when considering nuptials with US citizens born within our contiguous borders and those newly adopting the US as their new country!

The disregard afforded 2 BLACK WOMEN by these so called MEN is a mark of shame that affects change in a woman's life and in the lives of decent MEN (few there may be) who don't treat women as 'Disposable Pleasure or as a 'Cute Distraction'! I'm thrown into the same murky and lacking quality dating pool as the same male trash which has left brokenhearted women like so many accident on the highway of infidelity and deliberate malice against women! I've paid so many times a debt which HAS NEVER been my to bear! My mother is black and from her I should by default seek comfort in the bosom of a BLACK WOMAN! The pain,anger and distrust of me as a black man sadly has keep me from even looking forward to what should be a productive & like sharing experience of monogamy, fidelity & parental solitude with the plethora of beautiful sisters that are available...and yet emotionally damaged because they basically are suffering from 'romantic PTSD'! I've done all of the 'right things' to be prepared to shoulder the responsibilities of an 'Alpha' Black Man! No juvenile or adult criminal records, under, graduate & postgraduate degs,my own businesses in US preparing to expand to Asia &Middle East! As of the writing of this response I'm in Asia presently and have Ben here since Nov 28! No pay to play just woman I known for few yrs who do more than talk about black men all being FB or worthless 'rakes'. They're really not wrong to think this,but I don't want or need the drama! I just want some peace,enjoy being with ONE WOMAN as I was raised to do, live my best life with her and grow a family! I really don't think I will find that with a sister bc I've have become jaded from their indignation or indictment of me as a black man! Our communities of color are so bifurcation and brown from within! Sorry for beating you up lady! Being happy shouldn't be this difficult! I'll even raise another man's child as my own without calming them a stepchild or some degree of distance bc they didn't come from my seed! Just built a winter home in Mrtyle Beach,SC... $850K for what...just me! This is all mundane & sophomoric lady! Again, in Kuala Lumpur in a dazzling continual confusion and hopelessness! I just had my 50th Birthday and my beautiful loving Filipina fiance is 25. Ive got her talking about her life path and its a little sacrifice to do what she wants to do. But its ok ! Her goals are obvious and they are compatible with my own. Who is to say that life is better in the USA ? A few years will go by and I am pretty certain that she will want to go home after she has a good sum of money so that she may purchase or we may purchase a good home in the Philippines . Im really nervous . Ive never been married before and this is it. Do it or dont do it ? Im going against western culture on this one because The people in the USA dont know the difference between immorality and morality and are very corrupted in their deeds and their thoughts, Why would I ever listen to anyone from America. They are so wicked!

    You guys look good together. While your wife is very pretty, you are also a good looking and fit man. I think this is an important point. If you were overweight and boring then you guys would not look like a good match. I'm young at heart and want to be active so maybe I can find a suitable mate in the Ph. with a age gap.

    Hi We like your style in your videos. My wife is 30 years younger and its been great. My question is the following about housing there. We are moving to the Phillipines in about a month. We lead a very quiet meditative lifestyle. We are looking for a very low budget housing situation on preferably Cebu island (not the city). We don't need running water or electricity. Yes we are the back to basics types for sure. A search on the web seems to offer only very expensive housing for the western lifestyle. Can you recommend other sites or do you know of regions where houses of this type might be available for sale for even around 50000 pesos or less? Is there such a place? Thanks for your help. Maybe we can catch up with you when we arrive.

    I enjoyed the video. I like how you laid it out with your clear 4 points and how all 4 points were spot on as what one needs to consider when thinking about age gap relationships.
    My wife and I planned to be in Bacolod now but the airline tickets were canceled on account of the coronavirus. We would be there looking to enter into a long term committed relationship with a young Filipina. We live an ECNM (Ethical and Consensual Non-Monogamous) life. There are many shades of an ECNM lifestyle. Some think of such a life as being a polyamorous life while others think of it being a swingers life, a non-monogamous life or a life with an open relationship. Whatever one calls it, all shades of an ECNM lifestyle are rapidly growing in the Philippines and we are looking forward to finding a young Filipina who is bi or bi-curious to share our ECNM life with us in a long term committed relationship.
    Since our trip was canceled we will reschedule to come for 2 or 3 months later in the year. We hope to have a condo we rent year around in Bacolod by the end of the year. We will live in both the US and the Philippines.
    What do either of you know about any of the shades of ECNM in the Philippines?

  • @woodspirit98

    Useful discussion. I agree with you. My two cents on a different tack. More about why the age gap is so commonplace. When a man is young, his underlying priority is to sew his wild oats. A young guy is driven to be with as many women as possible. He really isn't marriage material and the maturity level just isn't there. Let's face it. There is physical age and there is chronological age. Women mature alot faster than men. Sexually women peak in there forties. Men peak in there twenties. Most women who choose an older man do so because they want stability in their life. They are driven to start a family. After dealing with guys their own age what they crave is a man who is stabil. One that can provide for her. Someone who will protect her and be there for her 100%. That loves them for who they are and accepts their human imperfections and isnt jealous and insecure. Let's face it men are more visual than women too. A man isn't going to get all romantic and be able to perform with a woman who has totally let herself go physically and emotionally. He is more attracted to the feminine person. Someone who is nurturing happy and caring. Filipinas are all that and more. They are truly the light of the family. Who isn't attracted to a beautiful intelligent fun and fascinating woman. Filipinas expect a man to be a leader of the family. A provider. Tender and loving to her but still act like a man. It's pretty easy to do with a feminine perfect wife. Older guys aren't going to stray generally and they are more likely to be the perfect husband than a younger guy who wants to drink with his buddies, gamble and run around behind her back.

I can tell she has a lot of pep and Im barely at that point of finally kicking back and taking it easy. I'm still a little hyper but it's slowly going away as I age. It should be interesting.

    • @Mottleydude1
      @Mottleydude1 5 лет назад +1

      That's a very good question Mike. One I've given a lot of thought too in regards to my younger Filipna wife. A husband has a responsibility to make plans for that event....even if you're the same age. In my case I have mentored my wife to develop her own successful career so that if anything happens to me she can provide for herself (not to mention two incomes helps a lot). That's the most important step. I also have life insurance and retirement investment that she would inherit should I pass and last we are aggressively paying off our mortgage so that if something should happen to me she will at least have a house to live in. So a man who does not plan for this inevitability when he has a younger wife is just flat out irresponsible.

    You mention sexual compatbility ; Married to Pinay who is 36 and I am 58 . She seems asexual ,or , has severe trauma issues because the three years she has been here in USA she avoids sex like it is the plague . She will not counsel , I am highly active , fit and adventurous vegan and love to travel . She is the homebody type content playing games on her phone on the sofa. I have exhibited immense patience with this situation and am at the point of Divorce contemplation. I have attempted talking with her ,,writing her expressive letters , counseled solo , but she seems adamant about sleeping in the living room on a sofa attributing it to PTSD . Our courtship was one year online , then married on my first trip to Philippines( Not the best course of action) we were compatible there, but shift seems to have occurred while we waited on marriage visa approval. At end of patience scale, any ideas or recommendations?

    Me and my Filipina fiance, have a 13 age gap, 1. We are both active and not active depending on the day. 2. We expect each other, to be ourselves, and be happy with it too. 3. We're like a couple of jackrabbits. 4. Patients and understanding is something that we both working on, and doing good. But I must ask. For what it would take for a Filipina and American to happen, what would be the do and don't for the process to actually happen?
