The plane was part of the movie “The Battle of Britain” in 1968.
After the movie, until 2015 it was part of the collection of Connie Edwards in Texas.

Muy orgulloso como pintor especializado en naves españolas del 1530 a 1650, de que estos Bf/Me 109 hechos es España bajo licencia combinando fuselaje y diseño alemán, mi adorada Luftwaffe que monto en 1:48, un enamorado de los schnell bomber / fw190-Me 109; con el motor rolls merlin, de aquella otrora potencia industrial llamada UK, viví en Preston y viví preston's girls- night- and Rock and Roll in the Warehouse.....what a pity Spanish and British industries...well thanks to CASA to give us those 109,s that we do love !!!

Der Rolls Royce Motor wurde in England gebaut, und war dort in zahlreichen Jägern eingebaut wie z.B. in der Supermarine Spitfire, der Hawker Hurricane, der P-40 Kittyhawk.
Später auch in der spanischen nachbaute der HE 111, der Casa 2111 d

En la película se entiende a) La filosofía de Herr Proffessor " el avión más pequeño con el motor más grande) el chascarrillo de que los pilotos de P-47 escapaban del Bf 109 corriendo por su cabina c) La desgracia estética del Merlinn( motor en V derecha y girando al revés que el Daimler- Benz original,) unido el elegante y aerodinámico fuselaje del Me 109G, ahí el motor se pasaba de grande. d) He podido observar un agujero en el buje y el recorte de las puntas de las alas y la ausencia en éstas de las aletas canalizadoras, características de los Hispano pero no se han conservado las riostras del plano horizontal de cola,, supongo que se trata de uno de los aviones que participaron en el rodaje de "La batalla de Inglaterra a los que hicieron algunas pequeñas modificaciones con las que se pretendía asimilarles a los "Emil". e) Hace muchos años conocí a un piloto del EA, apellidado Sanchis Pons que me dijo que ellos al caza siempre le llamaron "meisser" o "messer", lo de Buchón no les hacia demasiada gracia. Como me lo contó lo cuento, sin embargo, los He 111 o CASA 2111 eran los "Pedro" de toda la vida.
Die Hispano Aviación HA-1112 Buchon ist ein spanischer Nachbau der Messerschmitt Me 109, die statt dem DB 605 von Daimler Benz einen englischen Motor eingebaut hatte, wer den Klang des DB 605 kennt, wird den Sound deutlich erkenne.

@@TheEar968 la carreggiata stretta del carrello consentiva il controllo con piloti ben addestrati, può anche essere che nel Merlin mancasse il sistema automatico di variazione del passo dell'elica come introdotto nel bf109g per mitigare il pericolo di sbandata in decollo.
This plane was made because Franco bougth some bf109 g2 but in the trayect some trains were destroyed in a atack so they bought some rolls Royce merlin engines and put them in a bf 109 body

Se compraron 25 células del Bf. 109G4-2, pero la intención fue desde el principio instalarle el motor español HISPANO-SUIZA 12Z-89, iniciando se la fabricación de este combinado en la factoría de la hoy tristemente desaparecida HISPANO-AVIACIÓN de Sevilla.
Se construyeron en España un total de unos 200 HISPANO AVIACIÓN HA-1109-K1-L y Ha-1112-K1-L (ambis con el motor HISPANO-SUIZA 12Z-89) y HA-1112-M1-L (motor ROLLS-ROYCE Merlín 51).
Preferiría que estuviera pintado con el esquema original del ejercito del aire español, ya que es un avión construido en España, y donde sirvió en su época, Así pintado con el esquema alemán, no queda bien, ya que no es un "messer" alemán original.

Its an licensed copy of the bf109 used by spain afther the ww2 and it uses the merling engine couse it was the only aviable for the time

You don't know what you're talking about do you?, This plane is more modern, the Spanish is better, it is more. The rights of these planes today are not held by Germany, Spain has them (it is somewhat anecdotal because they are not going to be built anymore, we live in 2022 😂) but the rights of many planes from the second world war are owned by Spain, it is Spain who has the licenses, is more, many German scientists emigrated to Spain. Spain was a refuge for German citizens during the Second World War (later too), they lived there and grew old, their descendants are still there, but not only them, but also engineers and scientists. Spain was the only authoritarian country left in Europe and the only country left that supported Hitler's Germany, and also participated in World War II on the German side. You don't know what you're saying, if this plane had been used in the IIWW it would have been devastating

@@marie7622you dont know ethier, these ones were built without any kind of rights. The licensed one was a prototype called Ha-1.109 J1L. Even the Germans called it Me-109J
