This is my second day playing this game and I've found this! I'm in the process of making it now. I just need a few more resources! Thanks for the awesome build!
Great blueprint! Suggestion on helping to make "in alignment" blocks, you don't need to zoom out the entire map and try and make a loose alignment there. Buildings, including the corpse pit, are "weighted" to align with the map. If you're looking at the map out of alignment, the lines inside the outline of the corpse pit won't be perfectly north/south. Zoom in where you want to place it, then get that outline in alignment north/south with the placement control tip bar, and you're in alignment to make straight grid roads to align off of.
Stupendous! This is an excellent build even if not using honey (apiaries). One tip though, if you're going to put a granary on the outer rim just for honey, (which you most likely will need with the massive amounts of apples and veggies produced also filling up the center granary), then may as well put the pack stations and even a trade post on the outer rim also. Seriously, probably should do that at the start of the build rather than later. Especially if your main intent is to barter and/or sell honey.
Hey Tacti, I cant explain it well, I wish I could show you, if you understand and get it to work, great...hopefully it helps. What you call getting a sharp angle so the house land is a small triangle and the farmland is the majority... Where you want to place your houses, after youve already placed your main roads...make like a 3mm road like tiny road just on the edge of the road you want your house on...its kind of tricky, but you use those 2 end points for your first two points when building a house, then click the 3rd point around as far as it can go, and it will create the 'sharpness' you refer to in your videos...i will say it works best on angle.... Lets say this < L > is the corner you want your house...where the two roads meet, draw a Tiny road like this < \ > close to the corner. Like 3mm...youll have to play with the distance because the first 2 points of building a house have to be so far apart[7:50 in your video is where id draw the 2 points for instance, maybe even smaller], but you want it to be SUPER SMALL DISTANCE..., then the 3rd point as far as you can around befor it detatches from the road, then drop it, and you should get those 'sharp angle'.... Im sorry, I sound retarded, but Im a visual person, not verbal...
I'm trying it and your not crazy your passionate, dont beat yourself up your really excited to share and im really excited to try it, i just make a giant cack and balls of everything, so its user error hehe! Thanks Duke the sharp angle farm makes me go mental ocd so like i feel like just need to interpret it, haha im just so close! SO CLOSE haha
Excellent video, as always. Gave it a try and it works as advertised, just takes a bit of time to get enough people to man those hives. I had wondered if Honey was viable, and this proves it is so thanks for taking the time to set it all out in a video. Happy New Year to you and your family Sir,.
I can't wait for this game to be completed with everything extra the guy will add, just hope the maps are large enough to accommodate Constantinople-size cities.
7:20 also, workers have to walk real far to get to the end bits, so sometimes losing a bit on the end for more close to the housing is not a bad trade tbh.
Been contemplating on making a series/movie edit of Manor Lords, and your builds are amazingly efficient! Could help me down the road.. You mind if I use them for my play through?
i have no problem with anyone using my designs as long as they give me credit - i've been accused of stealing my own designs in previous years lol - so it's not a vanity thing just really annoying having hundreds of people message bomb your videos that you stole your own content lmao
Not sure if this has been asked yet but would it also be beneficial to do a farm like this for goats and chickens? It has been a long while since I have played but this video is making me want to pick it up again
The thing with the Apiaries is clearly a bug, and will no doubt be addressed when it becomes common knowledge... I'm guessing it's not well known because they're generally considered a poor return on the perk point compared to other options...
New beta patch - you can tell them what to place - I have a handful of guides on burgage plots - it’s also covered in the 2025 guide under veggies and apples I released this week
I have 2 of these "Flexos" in my city and a total of 21 Apiaries, yet I am never above 15 honey, I have 1 family working each of them all year round... I tried putting 4 families in all of them, no change.. Any help would be appreciated.
@@TacticatGaming Yeah I can't figure it out, I have 420 pop atm. How many should one flexo support on average? I also have some bread and a small berry supply.
I just tried this technic and worked fine for apples and the veggies, but my honey-production stucks. Only 1-2 items are being produced and are gone within seconds. Same goes with the bread. Just build a windmill and a granary, only alowing storage of corn, flour and the bread itself. directly besides the oven. Don't allow the Ovens to build a market stalls. nothing works.
@@Haderate You only need a single worker. Even the 3 from one family are overkill. Which makes it ideal for a family living in a large veggie garden burgage.
In the stream he designed that other flexo he went into some of the details if I recall. Basically the info is wrong, but tests are very hard to make. Some people have found that 12 or so has the best yield and that by 24 you are not getting extra honey. Kinda sounds like there's a curve. Either way, 8-10 in the flexo is viable.
@@PerfectDeath4 I get around 60-70 honey per year with my first apiaries, but I couldn't quite reach the maximum 730 honey per year with 16 apiaries. 18 should do the trick. I can confirm 730 to be the limit, as I couldn't surpass it even with 30 well-placed apiaries.
Can't help but think of the opening scene of Tron: Legacy. Daft Punk or M83 can be the new Tacticat opening music. ruclips.net/video/pDHBqK8gc_E/видео.html . . . or oxen, or Lords in sweet red tights and caps . . .

@@TacticatGaming just got back into game after cousin started playing. First thing I did - sent him to your channel. Brilliant work. Thank you.

Thanks for putting this together. Very very simple but looks complex once finished. Definitely a great way to incorporate into a city!
Glad you like it!

This format seems to be great for a planting region, thanks for sharing, btw looks beautiful. Happy new year folks
Happy new year!
amazing! thank you!! Happy new year! ☺
Thank you for this tutorial ! I was so perplexed watching before cuz I believed the description about only two working per region (or whatever) 😂
Yeah lol that was one I found out a long time ago but when I did I was like WTF lol
Nice layout bro, tks.
We need more of this
Next level Brawndo haha, happy new year buddy!
Awesome! Definitely going to try this next year!
Cheers!
This looks super cool! Can't wait to try it for myself.

Yep exactly
i love it & now i am wondering can we incorporate the berry patch into it and have all 4 food groups managed all in 1 place
Actually you can! But you need to get creative with it lol

Goats and chickens don’t care about plot size - yet
This is the best build design for this game
Great idea. I love it. How many families per bee hive?

The thing with the Apiaries is clearly a bug, and will no doubt be addressed when it becomes common knowledge... I'm guessing it's not well known because they're generally considered a poor return on the perk point compared to other options...
But would they not fill the granary with other things?.
Also, do you have a video explaining about the backyard size, maximum, etc?

🎉Happy New Year 🎉
great video
Thanks!
Is there yeast in the game (I see a lot of ingredients for mead which could be used in a tavern and could become a traded good)
Grain - flour
Great design. Granary is specifically holding 3 items?
Yep
Happy New Year

Should each apiary be fully manned?
1 family per
Jeff Bezos would love this logistics center 😂
Happy New Year ✌🏽🥳
why would you need pack station for trading ? its literaly says sending goods between your own regions
How many people should I put in every Apiary?
1
what map is that ? i still have an early access map no rivers and such
Beta branch
@TacticatGaming i figured it out and started on the river map lol

How is Larry? I hope you didn't bender him to the brawndo.

Wow 😮
How do you pay the king? I tried with taxes, but people leave because of the approval
You will pay him automatically if you have money in your treasury - gotta tax the peasants

Ah, the production octagon.

Yeah most likely - it's really dialed in for 60 burgage plots
