hmmm......nothing really stands out for me here except maybe anvil empires but these arent finished yet so i may change my mind as these games develop....just my opinion so others will probably like other games but will be not to impressed by anvil empires
Hollywood Animal reminds me of "The Movies." That game was so dam good. It came out 20 years ago now and it's amazing to me that it still seems the best game of this type. You could make your own movies with little sim like toons, and had to use the current tech you researched. The game started in the 20's so the first movies didn't even have sound. You hired actors, directors and crew with different personalities and skills that you had to keep happy and when they got older. If you made a movie in a certain genre, that genre would get better in the actors or directors skill tree. You could give them face lifts, lypo, boob jobs or just send them to the gym. But some of them would become alcoholics as well. Then once the movie was done you could enter it in contests on line and I do believe you won prizes. But there were thousands of movies in each of the many categories so it was really hard to win. Too bad they stopped supporting it long ago.
So many games, so little time. I'm looking forward to Masters of Albion and Fata Deum the most. But it's hard to match Black&White 1 and 2.
I get where you are coming from. I have this same expectation on Gates of Pyre. I hope it matches that SC2 vibe.
@@RyanCaden-w4m I didn't know about that game. I knew of Stormgate, but not Gates of Pyre.
