    Just my observations….
    Having a second man sized human in that car makes a huge difference. The TT setup was short shifting it seems. I know it gets up in the revs way quicker with the TT but man third went really quick. I drive a stock ‘19 GT350 and third is long man. Scary fast in third anywhere near redline.

    Love attending those events every year. The whipple cars came ready to party. The TT car had way more money invested but came out on baby gas and tires. Gotta be on kill at the NWN events!

    Both setups are amazing and great builds thanks for the great comparison video arguably the best comparison between the 2 setups for the gt350 ive ever seen, before this video i wanted to do the whipple setup for my gt350 and after watching this my decision still stands i still want to do the whipple setup over the twin turbo setup.. but like i said both cars are amazing great job to them for the builds and great job to you for the video keep them coming

    Both great choices, but I would do the Fathouse twin turbo set up with the Motec system.

    Motec doesn't let you put all the power down to the tires, Good power on the dyno,but it pulls the power as soon as it feels the tires slip!
    Can't wait for next year in bremerton!

    For someone that daily drives his gt350. What would be safer? Turbocharged, supercharged, or opt not to do forced induction on a daily?

    I have a friend with a Pro Charger GT350R and since he has put it in he has had nothing but trouble - threw a rod, had to rebuild his engine +20K - keep your car stock not only for peace of mind but re-sale value

    Is it just me or does the twin turbo gt350r lose the signature sound compared to the whipple one?

      Yeah the turbos really quiet down the exhaust. But you get the cool spooly sounds so it’s a trade off.

    3:36 yeah the 1000R car jumped REALLY bad!! 7:40 that 5.0 jumped too. Damn that seems to happen a lot there. Either way I can't believe that 5.0 with just NOS was able to beat y'all even if he did jump. That just shows you how much power NOS by itself adds. Now the guy you're riding with in the 1000R needs to put NOS on his car on top of the twin turbos, or just slap a big supercharger on top of the turbos, or all 3 lol. Guy in the 1000R needs to slap a sequential 6 speed with some longer gears at the end. That way he can shift faster and get some more MPH out of it. I think at least.

      Giving the fat house car a little credit, he wasn’t on full power due to being on 93 octane, he needed E85.

    To see which one is faster is harder than you think. The hp & tq numbers would have to be close to identical and one's always going to be faster from a dig or a roll than the other. The driver would have to be the same, same tires etc.. It doesn't only come down to which car wins the race. The faster car doesn't always win.

    Looks like you had yourself quite a day. I've driven a Whipple and Odin, ridden in a Procharged and honestly I am not a fan of boosting these cars without building the motor but Procharger is what I liked the most. But if you boost them, the fun road course days are over.... you lose the fantastic balance that they naturally have

      I for sure would not whipple this car, but twins…. Oh twins… :) I’ve talked with fat house a little about a track build, might happen someday.

      I wish I knew. I have a feeling, on E85 and the boost turned up on the TT car.. that it would have been faster.

    great vid man. not a comparison we see much at all, appreciate it. how can you not love fathouse though. with e85 it would have been a very different outcome. but those whipp's can pull. i think the procharger D-1X on a PBD e85 tune would be fun to see also against any of those. thx again.

      Why is everybody making excuse fir TT. He lost fair and square we were both on pump gas. I can put E85 in mine and the result will still be the same.

      Just got the chance to drive a 780 to the tire Whipple on 93 octane. Amazed how quiet the Whipple is. I was definitely missing the whine of the blower tho… ProChargers have always sounded great. First time driving a Shelby tho. Awesome car. Definitely a different powerband then driving my Hellcat.

    Did he shift from 3rd to fast or was he at redline that fast?

      I can’t say for sure but it feels like that’s possible. With the loud whipple car next to us it might have pushed the TT car to shift early because of the sound.

      @@antimatter_gt5003 Yeah I would like to see them run it back again. I agree third looked short, I think the sound of the whipple car was so loud that it distracted the TT driver.

    I would go with Fathouse there builds are so clean plus the motech system keeps you out of those mustang videos running over the spectators and of course free hp from turbos.

      The TT are the way to go the only thing that bothers me is the sound,, do the TT take away from the GT350 Sound
      You would know you drove in one I heard the Hellion TT kit and they all said it sounds like a Subaru? If thats the case NO way I love the GT350 SOUND........

      That Whipple car was so loud that It was hard to hear the TT car , not making an excuse, but that could have had something to do with it.

      This particular event is held twice a year. It won’t be held again until 2021.

      Hahaha... No he couldn't. He said he had a great run, so did I. Mind-boggling that everybody's making an excuse for him. The reality is we were both on Pump gas and he lost fair and square multiple times.

    Buys a car that’s amazing at stopping, turning, and accelerating. If fact, it was built for that.
    Wants to go fast in straight lines with it. #shouldhavejustboughtahellcat you would be money ahead.
