In this video we review the build and story behind Louis' 2017 Procharged GT350. Gen 2 5.2L FPC engine, E85 and Supercharged running 13-15 psi of boost all adds up to a butt dyno of 900 rear wheel horsepower!!!! VMP supercharger rules the streets. As long as you got the suspension to take the power without spinning.
For a GT350 I prefer a Centrifical style. More efficient and the headunit sounds wicked with the straight cut gears
@@THEDriverMod_ The Centrifugal Supercharger are not bad. The reaction time with the VMP is quicker.
The downside is that it gets heat soaked faster.
I run a 63 mm upper 5% lower so, I am spinning that s.o.b. to the moon.
Love the sound of that snarly growl.

9:17 Centrifugal superchargers boost from idle, but it builds exponentially and therefore low RPM boost is extremely low. Only a turbo is ever in a non-boosting state for several hundred or thousand RPM's.
YES! don’t get me wrong Nick’s blower car is awesome but centri’s hold a special place for me, that thing was hauling. Hate that the charge pipe blew lol

I like supercharger, but I'm starting to like proclaimers to.turbos I like but have turbo lag but last longer n safer I'm told but cost alot

@@THEDriverMod_ Same here on my 2.97 T56 with a VMP. Thinking about going back to 3:31s now that it’s making over 900. Miss the long gear pulls.
Wouldn't the car self adjust timing from E85 to 93 to prevent the damaged that occurred?
@jbrewster6175 no, it's not about the timing, I'm sure it backed off the timing as much as it could, but it's about the boost and lean condition
@@THEDriverMod_ Why would it be lean on 93 compared to E85 ? Just to pick a number, let's say it was pushing 10psi of boost while running E85, wouldn't it have the same boost on the same pulley with 93 ?
