@@bperez8656 well they both admitted they did not tell anyone they were engaged for a while because it was too CRAZY, so Id call that pretty radical when you have to hide engagement.
People have a fit about marrying too quick or too young. It's who you marry, not when. I met my husband at 16, he was 17. It was a blind date and I told my friend that night that "this is the guy I'm going to marry". He asked me 3 weeks later. As soon as we graduated we were married. We were together almost 45 years until I lost him to cancer this year. We had an awesome love and marriage. I thank God everyday for such a blessing. It was definitely A GOD THING!
Unfortunately that is what is happening. Too quick and too young today. It is not like your, his and my parents and others stories where it is something deep. It is now about something different. You can hear it when the stories are told. My dad saw my mom on the station platform way back in the day. He went home to the farm that he helped run and told his mother he had seen the woman he was going to marry. Everyone thought he would remain a batchelor farmer. He had seen her with some people he knew and found out who she was. He approached her father, who chased any man who wanted to court his daughter away, and asked for permission to court her. Permission was given. By the time my dad passed in 2005 they had been married for almost 50 years. She passed on in 2019 after living for almost over a decade with alzheimers. Yet she never forgot my dad and always cried for him. These are the types of marriages that are no longer happening and when people make the comments they do, legitimately. May your husband RIP and condolences for your loss.
I met my wife in Korea at her mothers shop. My first words I said to her was "GOD has led me to you". Her response was "I've been waiting" we have been married now 38 years. She is my best friend.
@@lelamaciolek1166 the short story: I was 24 living a hedonistic life. Fornicating, drinking to excess... (fill in the blanks). On the day I met my wife, I was in my hotel room with three (painted) women and suddenly I felt empty and alone. I got dressed and told my "guest" that I was going to go get something to eat and that they could let themselves out. Never got the edible food but found the food that mattered.
I met my husband when I was 14 and he was 15. We married at 17 & 18 and we we’ve been happily married for almost 54 years. It truly was love at first sight.
Congratulations and God bless you with many more years together. My story is similar and when I tell people it was love at first sight when I met my husband they say really, like it's unbelievable. I met my husband at 14 and he was 16. We married at 18 and 20 and, I know without a doubt, it was God's plan. We will be married for 54 years this November... To God be the Glory!
One December I was in the hospital with Meningitis. It wasn't pretty. I had the phone number of a guy I met thru a dating service, but never saw him in person. During my time in the hospital, I had this bee in my bonnet that I have to call this guy. I called him January. We spoke frequently but every time we planned to meet, there was a snowstorm. We met finally at the end of January. He proposed a month later. We are married today, 36 years. God is GREAT.
Candace goes home to a man who not only loves her and their two children, but to a man who personified: "If a man wants to be with you, he will". Eat that haters!
I am truly happy for both of them. They have strong morality and will raise well-leveled children which we need because the most dysfunctional people are over-reproducing mediocre people for the future. I always rejoice when sand people have children
God , don't keep marriage together with you and the person. Marriage is something you have to work on through life. This man is lying about God talking to him and anyone believes that, I have a bridge to sell you. God, told him to go marry Candace Owens
my husband and i married the day we met in person - before this we were only communicating for 6 months - he flew all the way from Canada and marry me in India - we are married 24 years now - match made in heaven and brought together by God and our angels - we recognized each other's soul the moment we met - so grateful and thankful - it's truly a miracle - very blessed :)
My husband and I met on a job, knew each other three months as colleagues, moved in together before even a date or anything like that. Had our first child 10 months later, we’ve been married 18 years now. It happens❤️
It truly is fantastic. My parents, grand parents, great grand parents, etc. have all married under the age of 20 years old and within weeks of engagement (a few cases within days) and all went on to stay married for 53 and up to 60 years! It's so refreshing and wholesome and wish we could get back there in order to recreate the old school nuclear family. Our lives and communities were so much better!
Two weeks after we'd met at church, my husband asked me to marry him. 7 months later, we walked down the aisle. We've been married 43 years and have shared a full life of ministry and have beautiful children and grandchildren. When God tells you something is right, you've gotta listen. So glad I did. I love him even more today and Christ is still at the center of our marriage.
I like how they got married quickly instead of just hooking up & dating for a long time. If you're serious about marriage, it will bring you blessings.

My husband and I were married within three months of meeting. He was a gorgeous Marine Corps. Fighter pilot and I was a flight attendant. We met in Laguna Beach in late 1971 married in early 1972, 50 years and 9 months later, we are still in love and happy. God blessed us too.
That's so beautiful. My name is Christina and my husband and I married in 2005. God knows that I can't live without him. I always pray that I go first or we go together. God bless!
I’m asking this because I’ve recently got into my first relationship and I feel that the guy I’m talking to and I connected so fast and already got so comfortable with each other. It all started off as platonic. We’ve never flirted or anything but seemed to grow emotionally with each other. What helped you be so sure you made the right decision so fast? I wouldn’t be surprised if the guy and I get serious by next year. We’re still dating but the more we see each other the more confident we feel about our relationship. We did at one point get physical I’ll admit then we decided to take things slowly as far as touch. That tells me this relationship isn’t 100% lust. I feel like it came later on
@@ambersummer2685 Let your parents and other people that care about you meet him in person. Ask them what they think about him and listen to and respect their opinions. It's ok to take things slow. God bless!
Love this story! My husband asked me to marry him in five days without dating. We got married 3 months later and we were in different countries most of the time. Many of our friends thought it was crazy. Fifteen years and three kids later, we couldn’t imagine life without each other. It was totally a God thing since day one with many signs and miracles on between. God is awesome! His plans for us are infinitely better than the plans we make for ourselves.
Same thing happened to me and my wife. We got engaged on valentine's day 2010. We had only met a week before, lol. We're still just as happy 12 year's later.
I talked to my husband for 2 weeks online before I traveled across 5 countries to meet him for the 1st time. He asked me to marry him 2 weeks later. That was a little more than a year ago. Life is wonderful.
I knew I was going to marry my bride when I met her. The room started spinning and I felt all weird, dizzy and thought...no way, I thought that this was a myth or fairy tale. But we married and have been super happy and blessed for 25 years now. God is so good! Thank You Abba!
I love how George acknowledges God so publicly. He comes across as strong of heart, exactly what Candace needs in a husband as she also extremely vocal. They make a great team and I will keep them in my prayers 🙏🏽
It’s quite easy to publicly and proudly acknowledge when God has made his presence known by taking your hand and walking you through different situations. Of course, you have to be humble in order to realize you had absolutely nothing to do with that situation. You have to be humble in order to realize God had a plan for you and worked out His plan in His own time. It’s so beautiful, you can’t help but to say it out loud every chance you get.

My husband and I met and married within 7 months. We dated for 2.5 months, he proposed after 2.5 months and married 2 weeks after he proposed! Been HAPPILY married for 17+ years and counting…
Sometimes it just works that way. Some people just compatible and communicate and can get on the same page early on. For my hubby and I it took 4 years before he proposed. Married 20 plus years and happy as ever. I strongly believe that marriage is not for everyone tho. Some people are just not ready for that type of chapter. 🤷🏽♀️😌
A marriage works if both partners share the same core values. It doesn’t take very many 3 hour conversations to realize that your values align. My husband said he new he could marry me after our first date. I’m more cautious by nature, so I waited 4 months before I would agree to marry him. Within 7 months of meeting we were married. It’s now been almost 11 years and 2 kids later, and it just keeps getting better every year.
Yep. That's simply men vs women. I knew very early on with my wife, who just saw me as a friend. No matter, I set out to court her. I did, I won, and I still court her 26 years later.
@@vimanaarchitects2151 yeah I'm personally not into either extreme. Being strung along for years only to find out that the guy never even wanted marriage is another thing I'm avoiding

You have to be careful though. That was the path God laid for them. Yours might be very different. Maybe he needs you both to grow a bit so that when you are married, you hit the ground running. What we want is not always the best for us. You just need to be in tune with what God lays out so you don't miss out on his promises.
The minute I shook my husband’s hand I knew I was in trouble. The the clouds parted, the sun shined, the chimes rang, and the angels sang. We’ve been married for 27 years. Wow… we need more direct, masculine men with values like this man who acted like a real man, pursued, committed, married and now raising a beautiful family in under two years. This is how it needs to be.
I LOVE this story. It’s a testament of the power of a man’s nature of pursuit. He’s clearly an intelligent man. He was single, successful, and seeking purpose. When the right woman came along, the “animal instinct” clicked, and he pursued. It’s so natural. What a FABULOUS and elegant romance. She didn’t have to “try”. By being her natural feminine, elegant self, she empowered him to pursue her. So many great lessons here 👀
I actually knew I was going to marry my wife on our 2nd date She didn't sense it for a few months. We dated for about a year. I knew my father and my mom dated for 4 years. Last week we had the opportunity to spend all our time together it was so good.
I met my husband in July. He asked me to marry him a month later. I prayed about it and got a very direct answer that I could not deny, yes, marry him. We were married the first week in November. It was a bare four months from meeting to marriage. We were together for 38 years before he died of cancer. I miss him. I am not complete without him. I look forward to seeing by him again. He is my husband eternally. God gave us to each other.
I asked my wife when we were new friends something like: “would you be willing to let the Word of God be the final word in difficult situations?” and she said something like “what else would be?”. My husband and I have been together for 15 years, and I knew on the first date that I was going to marry him. On date number 3 he told me he loved me, and I moved in with him not even a month later. At the time I wasn't a Christian so I didn't know I was going about it the wrong way. But again, 15 years later we're still together and are very happy. Some times you just know! Great video.
My dad told me (after a string of really really bad narcissistic-abuse-bad broken relationships), "If a guy wants to marry you, he will ask you on the third date." I thought my dad was crazy. And he said, "No. A man knows when he wants to marry you." We were in the car, on our third date.... at a stoplight in Urbana, Illinois, my date said, without taking his eyes off the stoplight, "Let's get married." I said, "No." Cuz I thought it was too soon!!!! But it was exactly as my dad predicted. We kept dating, and got engaged in 2002, got married a few months later. Still married. :) 3 kids. It's been a crazy ride. But we're both better people than before we got married.

You better believe that I made sure that kitchen was in top condition as he was moving in some weeks later! In the end it was his walk with the Lord, the way other men looked up to him, a few photos that resonated with my childhood experiences that confirmed my decision. 7 months from our first date, I was forever in the arms of my Intended Beloved not to mention with some familiar, neaningful bushes out front as well. ;)

As a married man of 23 years, this story really resonated with me. Emotions and physical attraction are VERY potent, but don't always lead us to the person who will spend the rest of our lives with. Sitting back and asking God if this is the right person/decision is a very necessary step; sometimes we don't listen when the answer is "no", but it definitely spares us the eventuality of a bad decision. I really hope the best for George and Candace; marriage and family is not "easy", but nothing that is worth it ever is.

I'm sorry for your loss on Earth. But you know you will be reunited once again. May God bless you!
@@user-zp3oz7op6w Yes, I know, thank you!
That’s a beautiful story.
Condolences for your loss. 🙏🏻

We met through his fb blog when we was traveling across Canada on his bike inspiring peace between all nations. I was so inspired by his journey and I commented on his post. Minutes later he was in my DM’s…we were chatting back and forth. We got on a video call…we were 16 hours apart. Within 4 hours we were engaged. I drove over to him and my car died in the driveway of where he was staying. We got married within days - got pregnant 2 months later and now we have the most amazing 6.5month old baby and life together. ❤
Such a beautiful story ❤
My mom did this. Met my dad on Dec married the 23rd. Literally walked up to him in church and winked at him. 33 years this year
Boss move
Bold strategy.
im just waiting for my future hubby to do that 😅
i need the reincarnation of your mom in my life.

I met my husband he was 15 I was14. Married at 22 & 23. 4 children & 28 years later I couldn’t imagine life without him. My best friend and soul mate.
This young man knew the voice of his master and found the woman that was Gods choice. What a precious gift from God.
Precious. Psalms 34:3. Shalom. 🌈
Candace is a blessing & blessed to have chosen this man to go through life’s journey with……such a beautiful couple & beautiful story…..health, happiness & peace 🕊️

We met in January, got engaged in February and married in May of the same year. Both of us had good careers going on. We had to alter our individual plans for the future to be together. It’s been worth every adjustment we’ve made over the last 26 years.
Wow, Congratulations.
Wow. I knew I was going to marry my husband on our first dinner together. My mum was with me and we both knew instantly that he was the one. The way he carried himself his positive demeanour. I felt like my prayers had been answered and everything just felt so right. It wasn’t a wishy washy moment, I just pictured myself spending my life with this man. I’m 4.5 years into my marriage and I feel so blessed.
And may God bless you and your husband more and more!
People are afraid of marrying but not afraid of sleeping around 🤯
Wow
That’s why they get married, they can be off the hook publicly and then do whatever they want privately.
Well said 👏👏👏
Marriage is an objective failure. That's why.
WHICH IS MORE FUN?
My brother met his wife and asked her to marry him, about a week after. She took him to the blessed sacrament and told him to repeat what he said before Christ. He had no idea that our late dad had joked about them getting married because we knew her family but they never really knew themselves. They’ve been married for 16+ years.
@@egb6322 wow, funny story but beautiful too
Wow!!! I believe in Love at First sight so I completely get your story!!! It’s not only wonderful ….. but it’s also a story that many people should have the belief and confidence to uphold in their own journeys in life! When you know ….. you just know!! Well done for following your calling and for seeing it through!! Wow!!! I LOVE your story soooo much!!! ❤️❤️ God Bless you both! 🥰 I salute the two of you 🫡🙏
My husband and I met, 24 hours later we got engaged, 4 months later we were married. We’ve been married 33 years in November! ❤️
That's freaking amazing!
I feel like it is a different time. It is hard for that to happen in times day and age
@@DigitalJuggernaut i think it’s only that difficult if you make it difficult. If you’re already graduated from college (trade school, or whatever else you finished where you now have a career) what is stopping you?
Wow
@@alexm6715 compatibility takes a while to establish. Engaging after 24 hours is mental. If you find out a month later that the person was involved in illicit activities, do you just end the engagement? Instead of you dating for a few months. You won't be engaged to anyone after 24 hours
This is literally me and my wife. The encounter was so simple so uneventful but it felt like actual magic just standing in each other’s presence we both felt like there was something special about the other. We both knew what we wanted, what we had always wanted. We also spoke in a very matter of fact way about how we knew for real that the other was special. 18 days later we moved in together. 3 months later we married. And here we are 3 years after and our son is healthy and perfect. I really hope everyone that wants to gets to meet their soulmate. Love is amazing.
God bless you! Keep us updated every 5 years please! I would love that!❤
I can’t even imagine. Moving in after 18 days! Seems utterly insane. Good for y’all though!
I met my husband on 2 October 1977 at Mass at the Sign of Peace. We talked together after Mass. He asked me out and we went out for dinner on 5th October. We married nearly 8 months later, on 27 May 1978 and are still together.
My husband and I knew one another for three months and our relationship was purely natural. God put us together and we've been together for almost thirty years. Don't look for anyone. Be patient and God will bless you with the right one. ✅️
I understand the relationship between this man and Candace. Beautiful ❤❤
My husband and I dated barely 3 weeks and then we just decided to get married, not a super romantic proposal at all lol. We were 19 and 20 years old. We married 3 months later and just celebrated 18 years and both of us say that we are more in love today than the day we got married! He’s the best and most selfless person, my husband, and an incredible father to our 6 children.
Our youngest went to heaven last year at 10 weeks old, St Capri, Ora pro nobis.
Such a beautiful story. Wishing you many more years of wedded bliss and a happy reunion with your youngest at the end of it all in the presence of God.
Take care.
On our 3rd date, my husband brought me to a house he was interested in buying. He asked me if things worked out for us, could you see yourself living here? In another State from where I was living. I was overwhelmed outwardly and said to just buy the house that works for you. Inwardly I already knew. I was a budding gardener and there were more clues in the landscaping of that home! You better believe that I made sure that kitchen was in top condition as he was moving in some weeks later! In the end it was his walk with the Lord, the way other men looked up to him, a few photos that resonated with my childhood experiences that confirmed my decision. 7 months from our first date, I was forever in the arms of my Intended Beloved not to mention with some familiar, neaningful bushes out front as well. ;)
Wow what a beautiful story. My parents were married after 6 months and enjoyed an incredibly happy married together. God works in incredible ways 🙏🏽💫
It’s so very beautiful that you can say this about your parents! And what a great blessing for all involved!

My grandfather was my grandmothers boss and he’d been really focused on saving his money to buy a sports car. They weren’t romantically involved at all but one day she asked him if he was close to getting his car and he said “oh I’ve given up on that” she asked him why and he said “well I’ve decided to save and marry you instead”. And that’s how he asked her on their first date😊
Today he would have been subject to a sexual harassment charge for multiple reasons. Glad she was an old fashioned woman and not the guppies we have today to deal with
I would laugh because really that's how man speak. They say the most random things and if you aren't present, you will miss the message. So I like to laugh and I would take that as a good joke.
That's a lovely story 😊

Wow. I love that! Way to be honest and not beat around the bush. Being straight forward works!
One of your best interviews!
Thanks for sharing, you both seem to complete each other.
My husband and I met on a blind date, engaged after 3 months, married 9 months later and just celebrated our 32nd wedding anniversary!
I bet your friend looove saying they set you up! Lol, congratulations
What a great interview. When that bolt of lightening⚡️from above hits you, there’s no turning back. it’s hard taking on what Candace does and you are her knight in shining armor. God Bless to protect you, Candace and your beautiful children.
I met my fiancee, because of her vision not quite meeting vision standards, on a drive test at the DMV. I was taking her on a drive test. We are 63 years old found out we were at the same school in high school and I actually signed her yearbook but I didn’t know her. Oh I knew when I saw her and she saw me and now next month we’re getting married. So much more to the story And everybody has a story.
That is so God! Congratulations!!! What a sweet testimony. May God bless you as a threefold cord with Jesus that is not easily broken in Jesus name.
Did you pass her?

Hooray, hearing the other side of things! Love it. And I love the story of the 2 of them, WOW. 17 days, that's CRAZY!
I love this story. I love that true love stories still happen, and that God led you two towards each other.
Just listening to this young man, is good enough for me to see that he is deserving of my most favourite lady in the world. I am sure he is aware of how fortunate he is that she agreed to accept his marriage proposal. Candace is not only an intelligent young woman with much common sense but a wonderful impressive personality with no anger or self pitying.
I pray that you be blessed with many happy years together. Some day maybe you will both make a trip to our beautiful friendly island Barbados in the Caribbean and maybe address young people here to give them some inspiration and encouragement. I am an old lady but I would love to hear you in person.
GOD bless you, Rita, may HE renew your strength and restore your youth. 🙂❤️🙏

MY GOD! This is sooooo for me! I'm locked and just subscribed. You're my people lol. I relate to your testimony accept I've been in the wilderness for wayyyyyy too long, almost all my life. It started when my mother and father divorced I was 3. I've been spiritually attacked every since I could remember. Rejected, mistreated, abused, the works. It's been the hardest tho these last 8-10 years. I should definitely be dead, strung out on drugs or in a psychiatric ward BUT GOD! I feel my time is finally here. Girl you don't know the warfare I've learned to fight and STILL learning. I'm so ready for it to be over tho. My family has been under EXTREME attack since my husband married me.
Such a beautiful story. Brought tears of joy to my eyes. May God richly bless both of you and your little ones.
Amen.
I can literally picture him with his heart thumping like crazy before asking Candace to marry him. That excitement of being with a girl and thinking she might say yes, heart beats so fast it feels like it'll fall out of chest
I am in tears of happiness. I met my second husband while ball room dancing , he saw me and ask if I could marry him but off course I waited weeks before I finally married my husband. It’s the best thing that ever happen to me.
Your wife is incredible! I’m so happy for both of you and your family. Candice reminds me of Barbara Jordan. Thank you for supporting her in every way.
What a fabulous story. Love them both as individuals and even more as a couple. 💞🙏

October 18th will be 11 years since first date with my wonderful husband!! Met at church September 18th, 2011... Started dating October 18th exactly a month later, he proposed 4 months later and then we married exactly 7 months after first date on May 18th 2012. Celebrated 10 years of marriage this year. Still feels so new. God definitely had His hand in every step of it!!! I feel so very blessed 🥰🥰🥰
He seems so genuinely lovely and down to earth. Good for them
This is a beautiful testimony, somehow they seem to have the same look in their eyes.. Soul mates.. I loved this story.. George has an Angel face.. 🙏
Hon. George Farmer, I went on a blind date to a play at a local college on May 3rd and told my Father when I got home that night that I was going tp marry my future wife. We were married on June 28th. In seven and a half months we will have our 50th wedding anniversary.
My husband and I had our first conversation in January, started hanging out outside of church in March, started courting in May, got engaged in July and got married in September. That was 7 years ago and I can’t imagine a different life. Our home, our kid, our partnership… it’s all such a blessing! When God shows you the right person it all just falls into place.
This is what we need more of in the RUclips algorithm. Just reading through the comments put a smile on my face. My husband and I both knew the day we met we were going to marry. I was shocked that I knew and so was he. I would have said yes the first day had he asked.

My husband and I moved in together after going out for about two weeks. 41 years and four children later we got married. We celebrated five years in May this year. It doesn’t feel any different. We love each other the way we fell in love with each other the day we met.
We now have seven grandchildren and three great grandchildren. We are so lucky, we’ve had our struggles with money and keeping our home, but we did it and we are still together. If one didn’t work, the other one did and vice versa. We got through the hard times with love for each other and our children.
