6:09 The 4K 1%Low is 46.4 FPS for the 4080 Super, not 96.7 FPS. I missed that when checking the numbers.

Hi, glad that this was helpful. I don't think this will be helpful, as CPU temps are hard. I have an agresiv fan curve. My intake fans always run at 70% and the CPU fans at 70%. I have the back exhaust fan set to spin faster when the GPU temps go up. Good airflow helps. I have the all corr set to -20 now, nothing else. I hope it helps.
How are you getting it to +15% on power? How much are you allowed to use?
I'm using MSI Afterburner to increase power, but there are more tools that can do that. Most GPU out there have a power limit of +15 by default. By awer that a few can go above and some can't. For example some Inno3d GPUs can't go above 100% power.

Unfortunately I don't have that GPU anymore as those videos, 4070 Super ones, didn't peek interest and, I as I'm a small channe,l, I use my own money to buy and test things.

The maximum i was able to increase on my 4080S was 200 Core Clock and 1300 memory clock .. at 215 on core, my RT benchmark gave me an error each time. I saw on Reddit this was the same for some other people. Maybe your test result could be better if you only drop by 15 mhz on core !
Maybe, this is hard as every GPU is different and some can reach higher speeds then others. So don't put high hopes on what others can achieve.

How much does the XTX pass the 4080 without any RT benchmarks as a factor?
This depends on the game, but on average it's around 5%. But you have to consider that some games run a bit better on the 4080, even without RT, but those are a few.
@@casuallygamin9 good to know but it’ll be a good idea to show it on a graph like you with with the blended number. Reason is that the XTX is always said to be better at rasterization and it’ll be ideal to show that for comparison purposes.
True, but I never did this for RT on vs OFF, I always used the overall average for all games tested. I will keep that in mind

I see that the hot spot for the 7900 XTX is not that high, ev, is it because of the undervolt?
I defined a custom fan curve, so that when the GPU temp goes above 60, the fans spin at 45% and 55% when the temp is 65 or above
I have this model and hotspot temps are great. Sapphire uses a thermal interface material similar to PTM7950 that yields great results
@@sneedsneed460The Pulse has good cooling for it's size if you ramp up the fans. And like you said Sapphire uses PTM or something very similar which means hotspot is very low compared to other models. I also repasted my Hellhound XTX with PTM.

Watched so many videos on this it’s a joke , some people know exactly what they’re doing and get low temps and most games don’t go below 100 fps without overclocking it (I don’t get it 😂) .
It depends on the configuration, but with overclocking you get between 5 and 10% more performance, so if the games runs poorly, it will run the same when overclocking:)

I do, but I wasn't so lucky as I'm unable to undervolt more than 20mV, but I don't increase the power limit, 7900 XTX here.
My 7900xtx get more fps than this in some titles here like cyberpunk or alan wake without ray tracing I have basic model msi trio classic no oc nothing

@casuallygamin9 yes maybe is that I dident do benchmark and in some parts of games drop to 45 like in forest in alan wake 2 with no RT but other than that is more than 60 always I have 24.1.1 driver basic settings no oc nothing 355w default maybe if I overclock in auto adrenalin works better don't know
If you stay out of the forest or areas with a lot of trees the FPS si a lot higher. If I did those tests in the town, even with Path Tracing and FSR Quality the 7900 XTX does good. But in qreas with treese both the 7900 XTX and the 4080 Super drop a lot of frames. I think this game is not well optimized as GPUs that are around 1000 euro/dollar should not have this issue.
Somehow your 4080s oc is way lower then my 4080 non super. i get stable 3100mhz and can add 1500+mhz on the ram. But did i read that the new 4080s has lower quality components, so that might explain it.
Did you increase the vcore? I didn't touch that. Also, this depends of the model as well, as some may clock higher. What model do you have?
