It’s funny you guys didn’t get the Dragonfly XC’s for cross country season
As someone not from the US how does it work with this kit? Do you pay for it as part of your tuition? Does the school pay to support you as you represent them? Is this set kit that everyone gets or is it discipline specific?
They are gifted by Nike. It’s like a sponsorship, but it’s been taboo to say that for a while as college athletes couldn’t be paid until very recently

I have a question. Do speed and strength teams get gear like lifting belts and straps and knee sleeves? Or do each athlete need to get their own gear for weight training?
depends on the situation!
Do you guys get more gear when indoor track and then track season comes or is it just like one time gear day?
we get gear at certain points of the season!

You dont need to return it at the end

This is probably a dumb question but idk…do y’all get to keep all this stuff? Like after you graduate college are the shoes and clothes yours to keep?
I can’t speak specifically for Duke but at my school we got to keep everything except for big travel suitcases, huge winter coats, and uniforms!

I mean 60 miles per week puts things into perspective... I do have that per month and I still want to get more shoes lol
