I know this is unrelated but do you have any idea what kind of 3K times you guys got freshman year? I got really into running this year thanks to you guys and my 3K pb is down to 10:03 (hopefully sub 10 soon). My school isn't very fast so I can't compare myself to many other runners. Thanks for inspiring me to run faster :)
