    This week my bro and I are going to give you our personal favorite bodyweight exercises. In this first episode I show you 1 trick I learned to get my one arm push up.
    Its a simple technique to gradually build into your one arm pushup.

    Wow. This is easily the best trick for the one armed push up I've found. Did 2 on each arm. I FEEL it! I also see how eventually this will finally get me there - in time. Thanks so much! Seriously.

    Since 1 May I have reduced my weight by 3 stone to 13 stone and can now do a small of pull ups. My challenge for 2015 is one arm push up and I thought that your video was first class. Thank you so much and I am looking forward to achieving my new goal.

    Started with close pushup positions , locked my elbows. Moved one arm infront. Fell flat on the ground... ITS WORKING...

    Thanks for uploading this video!One hand pushups are a awesome exercise to develop power in your chest,shoulders,and arms.I got a video of me doing 4 one hand pushups with feet together and have done up to 12 reps of this exercise when I was younger.Will post progress videos of me doing one hand pushups with feet together.

    I have been wondering how to do one arm push ups for ages. I can do perfect form 2 hand push ups like 90-100 non stop no problem, but i can't even do one 1 arm push up.

    I made a training set up for this. Just a simple bar with an adjustable height; as you lower the bar the one handed pushup gets harder and harder until you're on the floor. Then start using the bar to do one handed pushups with elevated legs. Really good deep burn in the chest.

    I started practice using the wall by doing a one arm wall pushup,and for a little more advance move feet more back also do one arm pushup using a counter,then couple weeks of doing that I do side ways push up which is one of the arms fully straight and most the weight on one arm then I also hold my body weight with one arm then hold on the bottom

    I came up with the sliding hand in front, too, because i was doing archer push-ups before that put too much stress and little help in keeping a proper form. And the most important thing about one-armed pushups is to always keep a proper form. This exercise is highly damaging to your elbows and shoulder if you dont!!
