Thank you so much!!! I'm not only doing this for myself but to also help motivate and inspire others to start or restart their journey at any point in their life. It definitely isn't easy, but I know it'll be worth it if I stick with it. I was reading I'm glad my mom died, by Jennette McCurdy but I finished that around the beginning of week 3. I just started Life after Death by Sister Souljah.

How did you figure out how much carbs and protein to add per meal?

I don't have a breakdown per meal, but I do have it for the day. I used calucator.net/macro. You input your age, gender, height, weight, activity, and your goal and then it calculates it for you. Then it gives you options as well once you calculate it, such as, balanced, low carb, low fat, high protein or you can create your own. I chose the high protein option. It's all trial and error though. I don't know how accurate it is but so far I've been able to maintain a loss, and if I ever feel like I'm getting stuck I'll tweak it or recalculate.
