Even when the specs are there? Actually wondering because I heard that it is just slower when dealing with poly count. Is this a cpu and gpu issue or blenders sequencing and coding, etc.
Exciting! I dream of making a video game and movies about historical events. So this video will be very useful to me! Video fully viewed, keep going, I like it too much!
Yes. So let's do it. I've been beating this drum for nearly a decade, but people seem mot interested in asking the question than proving the answer. Let's do it. I'm game. Put your effort where your words are.
It depends on how it's done. If the movie is live-action and the environments are all shot in real life, and then you add a few cheap 3D effects, that’s fine. But if it’s a fully 3D movie, then no. Cloth simulation is trash, hair particle simulation is also trash, destruction, smoke, and fire simulations are trash, water is trash, animation is trash, and large scenes cause lag. Just imagine creating an avalanche scene, and then the character emerges from the snow with snow falling between every fold of their clothes and fur, and trying to simulate that in Blender, haha. Unless you’re aiming for a movie that looks like animated films from the 2000s, then it’s fine.
Is there an alternative to using Maya? I want to create a 3D movie alone using a combination of Blender, Houdini, and Unreal Engine. Is there a better pipeline for solo, efficient production?
@@Minhun_ Sure, it's definitely possible. I mean, if you only use Blender, it will be quite limited, but if you combine it with other software, it works just fine. Because, in reality, making films requires the use of a lot of different software. The funny thing is, if there were a rule that only one software could be used to make a film, Blender might actually be the best at it, haha. Maya integrates with Unreal Engine better than Blender, but that's not a big deal. I think that workflow is perfectly fine for solo work
@@nobafan7515 I think it's very difficult. If Blender can overcome this, it will become the "god" software among film production tools. Because making movies requires many software programs, and to be among the standard tools, it has to excel in at least one area. For example, Maya, although not great at modeling, sculpting, or simulation, has a strong point in rigging and animation. Houdini is known for simulation, ZBrush for sculpting... Blender is good at everything, but not the best at anything.
@@nobafan7515 It might be in the next life, bro. To make it into the ranks of standard software for filmmaking, you need something that no other software can replace. For example, Maya might not be the best at modeling, simulating, or sculpting, but it’s number one for rigging and animation. Similarly, there’s Houdini for simulation or ZBrush. Blender has a bit of everything, but in reality, it doesn’t truly excel at anything.
The biggest limitation of blender is that it runs too slow when you start to do anything complex.

@@NupeWoop general thing. (Particle) simulations are something definitely to avoid. Blender is NOT made for that.

I’d love to see what else is useful for making movies in Blender. The facial animation import seems like a great time saver
there are more tools and i will definately cover them
@@blendereverythingdo you have a course ?
Absolutely. Everything you need is in there.
Thanks for the info,
funny how some people search excuses when they see things are not that easy🤣
When I see the thumbnail, DAMN AVATAR MADE IN BLENDER! 🤣🤣🤣
Unfortunately it's fake thumbnail
@@Pxilez3d Yes lmao... 😂
the title portrayed as if he was actually showing us a demo movie made by blender. nonetheless, video is good.
Once I rendered a cube rotation in my PC nd dat was the last breath of it💀😭
Bro video is very good.
Pls show how to add CGI to real footage and also real footage into the CGI world.
Much needed
got it i will surely do

You've read my mind I'm thinking about making a Hyperdimension Neptunia Animation Present Guardian Knights The Last Knight in Blender
How do we create an cgi of real time bleeding?
Thanks
Great video!
Very inspiring for me who us trying to make an anime in blender since 1 years
fast answer - yes. u can do EVERYTHING in blender.

Can you use ai to make a generic blender video?
Blender have Too many errors and Glitches ……..
No, you need a script for that. Blender can't make a script. GPT4 can make a script, but then again - it can't make a movie. Life is complicated.
