      It is defintely a blast to drive. I’ll be redoing my throttle linkage and posting a new video. Been driving it 3 summer with linkage that didn’t even open the secondary’s.

    Your power brakes pulling vaccum from the valve cover?

    • @alexkollos
      @alexkollos  Год назад

      In this video, yes. It was initial startup. Ended up moving it to a port off the intake, since I was having issues with the th350 not getting enough vacuum. Now I have the trans vac from the valve cover, and power brakes off the manifold, and vacuum advanced teed off the two carbs going to the hei.

    did you run the heat plate underneath the intake?

    • @alexkollos
      @alexkollos  3 года назад +2

      Nope I’ve found I don’t need it. Others might but I guess I’m lucky.

      rory vonbrutt probably nothing crazy. It’s still got a stock head and stock block. I’d estimate 165hp l.

    Probably a stupid question but what model are those 2 barrels exactly

    • @alexkollos8810
      @alexkollos8810 2 года назад +1

      Not a dumb question at all they’re actually autolites. Not the ones that come with any kits you see online.

      @@alexkollos8810 I've heard that some 2 barrels had something like a vacuum secondary. Are these like that? I'm no expert on 2 barrels.

      @@SOU6900 they’re progressive, so basically the further I push the accelerator pedal, the more the butterflies open.
