    I recently took delivery of the "Black" kit from Gritomatic, and I absolutely love it so far! I started with a Work Sharp Pro Precision Adjust, and while that's a nice little system, I should have just went straight to the Kadet Pro to start. The feel over the edge while I'm working is so precise with it -- there's essentially no play in the system, so I feel *everything* -- that I'm getting much better results. Also, the placement of my working hand on the handle with the TSPROF is *much* more delicate and communicative than I'm able to get with the _pinch-grip-over-the-stone_ setup of the Work Sharp. Congratulations on your Kadet Pro, @Bluetooth Blades!

      Thanks friend, I have the little worksharp unit also...I think just about all of us that have decided on sharpening their own knives started out with one.
      But mine has an issue with the clamp bar moving to the left when locking the wheel...I am trying to get the issue resolved.

    Cool vid. I saw you doody’s live. Happy to share that info on the k390 mule team. It’s not a secret but this Spyderco dealer has a bunch of interesting stuff and no one knows about him because he is not good at internet promoting his inventory. plus some really special stuff that’s in store only I happen to live within an hour of him. So I don’t put his info out in public even though you can find him yourself. Mostly because he has a large selection of discontinued stuff that’s hard to find.

      Do you have business email for your RUclips channel that I can email?

    • @roady7420

      Or a junk email address. I use junk emails for contests and to see how often a business will email me before giving them the real one

    I been wanting to try one of those out for a while now. If you get the time after you have used it on a few would you do a follow up video?

      Will do, I just did the xm18 3.5 that you did today but I don't really like the Tsprof stones. Next time I will use the Venev stones.

      I'm having some issues with my Kadet Pro, the whole arm shifts to the left when I lock the angle finding wheel then moves back when releasing the locking lever...pretty weird, nobody else's does that.
      I have to do a video of it doing that and send it to Tsprof for review. They will either walk me through fixing it or replace it I hope.

    How about the base? Too small/unstable?

    • @BluetoothBlades
      @BluetoothBlades  5 дней назад

      The base is pretty heavy, I have had no issues with it tipping over with the exception of pulling the rod out too far.

      Doesn't need to be stabilized or clamped?
