    I love that the last tip is "believe in yourself" 🖤 it really does make a massive difference! Also, I like the other tips of working on progressions, holding moves a few seconds longer, and adding on moves to create combos

    The believe in yourself one is so important! I was not able to do so many moves and my progress was so bad when I was constantly saying that I won't be able to do it in my mind. But when I changed my perspective for that I gained so much power I still can't believe it haha. Thank you for the video, really nice tips

      I'm so glad you like it! It's so hard to do a move if that little voice in your brain tells you that you can't - I have the same thing! I'm so glad you feel more powerful now :D

    Train both sides and believe in yourself are the best!! And I'm working on cup-grip prep daily to go up into Ayesha! Great tips!

    These vids are so helpful, I'm a straight guy who's interested in pole but I don't want a studio as I don't want my presence making anyone uncomfortable, so trying to get by via these :)

    I started getting into pole again back in July at my favorite studio and I think these tips help immensely. I’m guilty especially of the last one

    I have my ayesha quite a while now. But I always turn when I am in the move almost to the point that my hand feels like the top hand twist open while my bottom hand I staying at its point? Therefor I have to exit the move and can't hold it to balance longer? Any tips?

    I can't even begin to pull up to be upside down 🥴

    • @PoleFreaks
      @PoleFreaks  8 месяцев назад

      It’s really tricky and takes time - we start working on knee tucks and pull ups of day 1 so we’re strong enough when the time to invert comes
