why dont we stop fuel oil supply and circulation pumps during port stay when the engine is stopped and why flowmeter wont measure any reading yet the supply pump run?

2) Recirculating line m 9 bar pressure kese hoga because fuel pump se aap ne cylinder m 400 bar pressure insert kiya hai
