Very detailed explanation Thank You Sir. Sir it is a humble request you to make videos of stern tube, steering gear, turbocharger would be more helpful
We need more flow rate for lube oil, as we know the pressure we need to maintain is about 3.5 bar positive displacement pump is not required, if you still wanna use positive displacement pump for this purpose to maintain that high flow rate the size of that positive displacement pump will be too large. ( Hope it helps )
Sirr if different tank given for cylinder cooling with different properties of oil , like u said tbn 60 after the lubrication we it go , becoz sump oil has different properties like u said tbn 6 -10, u didn't explain that, if oil goes in the sump the properties will change
The 2nd line going from the crosshead is going to the Bottom end Bearing by the drilled passage..right..? Can you tell where the passage is drilled ? Cylinder right.?
Yes it is different.. Main Engine Crosshead lubrication in MAN B & W via flexible telescopic pipe ,whereas In sulzer case crosshead lubrication is through Swinging arm. Now come to your question Cylinder lubrication in MAN B & W adopted Alpha lubricator whereas sulzer adopted Pulse lubrication ( Metered Quantity of oil is injected into the cylinder liner.) so In cylinder lubrication we need electronically control metered quantity of oil injection. I will discussed both d process in my upcoming lecture for sure. Thank-you.
Bro explained very well and easy.... you covered whole lube oil lone of main engine... no need to study a book... hahaha
Thank-you for your love and support. 😀
NOT AN ONE PARTICULAR SESSION, ALL OF YOUR SESSIONS ARE TOO GOOD SIR.💙
Your welcome
Sir aap kya deep knowledge he aap ki
Sir your all videos are too good easy to understand and also u cover all the things. And also u clr my All doubts thanks a lot sir

nice explanation sir
Stay connected
Superb !
explanation too much good !!
Stay tuned brother!!
Very detailed explanation Thank You Sir.
Sir it is a humble request you to make videos of stern tube, steering gear, turbocharger would be more helpful
nice video sir .. please upload more videos , no matter how long video will be ...
Sure 👍👍
thanks sir! well explained .
Good video sir
Welcome
Please make one video explaining different types of engines ..ME,MC..etc.
Thankyou for your suggestion.
Good job sir
Thank-you & stay tuned
sir, pls make a video about crankshafts deflection process, difficult to understand
OK thank-you for your suggestion come under IC engine lecture series.... Stay tuned
ThankyouverymuchSir
Stay tuned.
Sir you ar great
Ap ka pas iska aur baki sab lecture ka books han kya..💖💖💖
Why not gear pump for highly viscous lube oil?
We need more flow rate for lube oil, as we know the pressure we need to maintain is about 3.5 bar positive displacement pump is not required, if you still wanna use positive displacement pump for this purpose to maintain that high flow rate the size of that positive displacement pump will be too large. ( Hope it helps )
Sir generator FO diagram ka lecture han kya??
IC engine part m aaega
sir when will you start the IC Engine
lubricating oil system of the trunk piston engine and Main engine Lube Oil system have same working principle ??
No it's not like that.
Thank you for the such a nice video sir. When will we get the IC Engine lecture series videos sir?
Coming soon... Stay tuned 👍👍
Sirr if different tank given for cylinder cooling with different properties of oil , like u said tbn 60 after the lubrication we it go , becoz sump oil has different properties like u said tbn 6 -10, u didn't explain that, if oil goes in the sump the properties will change
Sir. On my ship for M/E lube oil cooling why cooler is placed before filter?
Hello sir, I sail on MAN B&W 4 stoke Engine on that vessel I see the pressure of lub oil from pump is 5-6 bar
Sir why pressure sensor used ?explain in simple words I didn't understand..
sir, the lubrication quill is fixed in number 6 for all engine or it can vary?
It depends on the bore of the engine and can vary from engine to engine.
❣️❣️
The 2nd line going from the crosshead is going to the Bottom end Bearing by the drilled passage..right..? Can you tell where the passage is drilled ? Cylinder right.?
Drilled in piston rod and Connecting Rod
When we'll get lectures on ic engine sir ??🙄
Sir why we need this much pressure(45 bar ) in cylinder liner lubrication?
How do we trace the line of piston cooling oil outlet temp? Where do the sensors are fixed?
is it same as cylinder lubrication system???
I do not understand what u are saying.. Please post your doubt clearly and valid.
I am asking main engine lube oil system and cylinder lubrication has same working principle or not????
Yes it is different.. Main Engine Crosshead lubrication in MAN B & W via flexible telescopic pipe ,whereas In sulzer case crosshead lubrication is through Swinging arm.
Now come to your question Cylinder lubrication in MAN B & W adopted Alpha lubricator whereas sulzer adopted Pulse lubrication ( Metered Quantity of oil is injected into the cylinder liner.) so In cylinder lubrication we need electronically control metered quantity of oil injection.
I will discussed both d process in my upcoming lecture for sure. Thank-you.
Sorry Sir English would be much better. I like your layouts and all.
Sir could u please explain in English
Sir please explain following topics likes fuel pump, fuel injector, MANUVERING dia. and more , which are important and useful for class 4th exams
Sure 👍These all topics in my list.. After completing Marine auxiliary will come on these topics only.. Stay tuned..
@@searainly 👍👍
Sir I want this Marine lectures materials
Please send me sir
Could you please explain in English sir
