can you explain LO auto back flush filter
I have experienced a backflush filter that consists of another filter for cleaning the sludge of backwashed amount of sludge. That means that filter cleans the back washed sludge from candle filters again before it going to sludge tank for further saving of oil in lube oil system. It is common in Lube Oil system for saving lube oil

during operation how many chamber cleans oil and how many chambers are kept isolated ?

No... continue with the other part of filter which is 100micron one....temporarily
Sir, please make video on depression of back wash filter , because so many time accident happen while over hauling or cleaning....... suddenly oil splashes on face...
1st of all isolate the filter...
Then
Manual backflush the candles 5 times
Then open the drain vlv
Isolate the air
And handed over to Mechanics
During backflushing drain is opened ,simultaneously another filter unit comes under function will there be any wastage of oil or seperate flow path is provided.can u clear my doubt sir ?
Yes seperate filter will be in place
Its depend on your system modication
Oil will go in sludge tank
Sludge pump will run and oil will go sludge tank or you can take it in recirculation of your hfp separators suction line
you didnt mention how this pressure diff activate the backwashing
How many dcv is present here and why
The oil which will go inward for cleaning the backwash filter what type of oil it will be.. ???

The oil which is going inward is the same oil, which is collecting the accumulated dirt and draining out.
