Yes I agree all the nice bushes will be cut down. I was living in a house that belonged to my husband's uncle, he died, his wife moved us out. It was my dream home, Camilla bushes, a pond, a pear tree, rose bushes, dogwood trees circled the U shaped drive way, reflection pond by the house, all was demolished.😢❤
Everything can be fixed, the roof, not a big deal, the water damage, fixable, a well built House from the 1980's, you won't find ever again, people back then took Pride in Their Work, They Valued Quality over quantity.
That fireplace would've killed it in the 80s! They loved their black & white decor back then, lol. Totally agree with your printer rant! It makes me sad to see all of the love, work, resources, and planning put into a house just for it to be destroyed. They don't make houses like that anymore. They shouldn't be just demolishing them.
Like changing oil on a car, the most important thing to maintain on a house is the roof. And if you use tarps to cover a roof they have to be replaced frequently because the sun causes them to deteriorate rapidly.
Water always the enemy of anything we build. Our own home has had its war over channeling water. Especially around the fireplace. Our gutters have been a problem. This house here shows that renters didn't have support for replacing it. Total shame. Makes me think of Leona Helmsley in New York. From the 80's
What a waste of what could be a beautiful home with some love and care , unbelievable that it was lived here a few months ago 😮needs a new roof definitely but worth saving , great 80s vibe to this one Noah 😊great video ❤
@@karimoore106 I had squatters move in my shed. Couldn't get rid of them police won't do anything. Wrote letters to law makers of environment protection. They had no septic tank. Waste was disposed by pouring on driveway. They were told about fines. Time to go.
The fireplace is not great. And the striped tile running up the bathroom walls would give me vertigo. Wood paneling stickers!?! And the grease on the microwave is crazy. Guess they never cleaned. Renovate? Nope. There is nothing to it, poor choices throughout, save the brick, maybe?
Hey there noah, very interested in your new car channel , i hope to see it soon ,i like cars myself . I most definitely would watch ,you seem chill. From one dude who works on his own cars to another, thanks for being real and pushing out dope content.
Nice sturdy house but the water damage makes it unlivable,The gate to the back deck there was most certainly a safety measure to keep children from falling or running away if they were small.I would have a gate like that for that reason.
It’s so sad so much of that land is being used for warehouses. I bet this house was really nice and comfortable. Not a fan of the fireplaces though. Once again you found an interesting one.
Great Find Noah 👍thanks for showing the hvac/elec and sump area. I think its fixable myself, to bad it has to go to demo. Thanks Buddy 😄take care and stay safe 🤗Donnie
I would love a house like that! 88 is the year I graduated HS. So sad it would take 2Mil just to renovate in this day and age. I'm sure the bones of it are fine.
I think developers will just sit back and let a lot go down so when they decide to buy it instead of saving it they'll get it cheaper and then get someone to go in business with them to resettle it.😢😢😢
The landscaping is gorgeous !! I’m in the NE part of the USA, Igot some great ideas for trees,, we just moved and have some room to add some. This house inspired me to i hope that helps with the sadness of the trees potentially being cut down. I often wonder if they’d take the time to sell smaller beautiful trees life the spruce and maple trees to a street nursery so they can come remove them with the root balls to be resold and replanted. I’d buy some if they did on some of these properties. The trees on this property spoke to my style. I wish that land was more homes since I’ve heard, correct me if I’m wrong, there’s a housing crisis in the Ontario area. Thanks for the tour Noah. Keep on sharing ♥️
Agreed it seems like there's way too much mold for it to have developed in only two months. Perhaps the people living there were squatters. Definitely some peculiar things in that house.
The gate was probably for a dog. It is unbelievable how the owners had to pay the bank their mortgage payments or they would be evicted, but yet so many homes are abandoned that someone once had to pay for. Mind blowing really!
Seeing that built up grease in the kitchen made my stomach do somersaults. Very smart for not opening that refrigerator. I had that experience once and will never forget how horrible the odor was.
Hey Noah, thats what i can't fathom about the demolition of these beautiful houses. When they could fix instead. I mean I know that mold can kill . But it feel like they are taking advantage of the owners , buyers of theee pro!!!perties ?!! Thaks for showing
I watched an old house exploration where the content creator was silent, did add or subtract from what he was seeing. I felt watching their content, I formed my own opinions.
You obviously never seen a bad house , That things like a palace compared to most. Not hard to believe they were still living there. If someone would have invested in a new roof it would still be a great house. And wouldn't be filled with mold
A great job video Noah and as far as fixing the house or tearing it down while anything can be fixed the thing is is how much money are you going to have to spend to fix it with it needing a complete rough lots of mold inside I don't know man it would cost you a lot that's a toss-up really it is I'd hate to see you get bulldozed be be leveled and all the trees gone just for industrial kind of sad but it seems like that's on Ontario cares about they don't give a shit about these old homes they this are going forward and whatever is in their way they're mowing it over so to speak but yeah but anyway Noah thanks for the great video see you on the next one.
Concrete pad in the back looks like a well house and the gate is for children or pets.

First thing I would do is Put a new roof on it. And go from there. It's a shame it's going to be toured down.
Sweet House. Thanks for taking us along

I was raised in the 1980's People had Plush carpeting throughout Their entire House, including the bathroom in the United States.
Hi Noah, That black and white fireplace might be nice with the right room decor. Thanks for the explore!😊

That basement was awesome as well as some of the rooms. Very interesting place.
I'm second in line🎉Thank you for all your hard work!!!
I LOVE IT!❤ GOD bless and keep them coming.

How could anyone live there 2 months ago? That’s crazy with all the water damage and black mold!

I think that Microwave witnessed an extremely abusive relationship 🫥

I have never seen a million dollar home with a clothes line, please !!!!!!
Well I guess today's the day you do
We paid 29K for our house in 1985
@@robertlyman9789 not a million
What's up Noah!! Whoo hoo!!First🤘 Outdoor well house would be my guess!
Thanks again for an enjoyable explore. Viewing from Austin,Tx

Great find! Love the intro! Thanks for sharing!
I really enjoyed the tour Noah! You find interesting places...thanks as always!
You rock! Glad you enjoyed the video 🤙🏻
Wow, talk about roof issues
I love the variety of trees they planted, a shame they will probably destroy them

Yay!! Noah! 👏👏👏👏👏👏👏
Looks like they were growing penicillin in there , loads of mould etc 😂

Hi Noah!❤
Like the antenna tower!😀
Gate on back porch to keep a dog from roaming 🤷🏼♀️
If our previous walls could talk😢 imagine what they would tell the😢 world😢😢😢😢😢😢😢😢😢😢😢🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏
Agreed it seems like there's way too much mold for it to have developed in only two months. Perhaps the people living there were squatters. Definitely some peculiar things in that house.
@34:30, I busted out laughing at, "There's power, but no dial tone," lol.
That describes most American homes now a days lol

Gates 4 small children or. And 4 pets

Wow beautiful just needs a. New roof and updated material on walls and floors thank u

Where is everybody
This mansion was beautiful in the day! Too bad roof was in horrible shape & will be demolished! Awesome video as always! 👍👍🤘❤️
This home seemed to not go anywhere, no real easy flow to it, so I would knock it down.
10:20 Wow you really just blew past that family drama on the wall LMAO.
Now I know how to build a home gym 😉😜
Be blessed dear brother ❤
The gate on the back porch is for children and dogs. Like the doorbell.
You should start a retro decorating channel…based on what you come across on your journeys. 😊
The raised cube in the back looks to be a well.
Amazingly beautiful ❤️
would love to have that house on my back lots and work on it in my spare time.. very nice over all. except the roof problems..
Box truck...transfer is different...it is two seperate boxes the back gets transferred into the front one and then dumped
What happened to the family
That cement block in the back is where people put their trash and burn it
I really, really hate to solidly built brick homes get demolished. 🤨
With a home like that I would renovated and make it my home
You obviously never seen a bad house ,
That things like a palace compared to most.
Not hard to believe they were still living there.
If someone would have invested in a new roof it would still be a great house.
And wouldn't be filled with mold
maybe they've been Gitmo'd..... ?
😂 The Key 🔑 In The Doorknob Of The Crawlspace Door... 😂
The 90’s called! They want your hat back! 😂
They can't have it haha

I'm very confused as to why things inside aren't saved & sold for cash

Who went down the back steps as you walked into the garage. Go back and watch the video
I like the fire place it's pretty
Looks like it use to be a well house
Gate was for dog
those blue tarps are useless from day one.😢
Blame it on the government. The chicken coop is a pigeon coop. I like the layout of the house all except the basement. Too much wasted space.
❤❤❤❤❤
Kids and pets = gate
