    What is an auditory change complex, specifically what is an electrically-evoked auditory change complex?

    What do you mean by reproducibility

    • @e3MedAcousticsInc
      @e3MedAcousticsInc  3 года назад

      Reproducibility is repeatability. It means always averaging at least two waveforms. They are said to repeat if they have the same absolute and inter-wave latencies and the same basic morphology. A true AEP response can only be said to exist when it is repeatable. Hope this helps.

    Can't we use another person's cochlea implant to deaf person?

    • @e3MedAcousticsInc
      @e3MedAcousticsInc  6 лет назад

      A cochlear implant is an electronic device. Electrodes are implanted within a patient's inner ear (cochlear). When coupled to the external receiver, sound-modulated electrical impulses are applied to electrodes. The cochlear is then able to drive the auditory nervous system, and the patient "hears."
      A human cochlear has never been successfully implanted in another person.
      Hope that helps.

      We would recommend you talk with an audiologist. We sell the equipment used by audiologist to test hearing loss. Best of luck,
