I noticed when Hoyt put the mac’n cheese in the oven there was a cast iron skillet in there that he left in the oven. Is there a reason for leaving it there, or just simply for storage? Thanks! Keep making these great videos! I LOVE ‘em!
This recipe made me go out and buy all the ingredients and give it a try. My finished dish tastes great, but the consistency is curdled... Any ideas where I went wrong?

I was wondering if you would post the recipe in the comments to make it easier to save? That way I can just enjoy watching instead of having to type the recipe as I watch. I know I could rewatch it and type it but it takes forever to do that. Thanks SO much for sharing all the recipes with us and keep them coming! I am from Huntsville Al , (Roll Tide) and am 64 and love seeing all the old ways our grandparents cooked because I KNOW they are good, and unfortunately it shows. haha

We are seasoning that one . So every time the oven is on we leave the skillet in there. Just move from top to bottom, bottom to top.
