I like how Dillon’s gotos over this are Pappy 15 and WLWs 😂! Must be nice! I never saw a bottle of this in person even at secondary. IDC really because it’s a false age statement. It’s like reverse heat cycling. Bourbon doesn’t interact with the barrel below a certain temperature. That cave/cellar they used probably dropped below that temperature many times over the 11/12 years. So what is the true age?
