The absolute stupidest thing any guy can do is beg, plead or otherwise try to guilt trip his ex back into a relationship. Accept the finality of it and learn/apply the applicable lessons. Above all...super important...never, ever hold a grudge. Your ex has every right to make her own decisions, *including* dumping you if she's so inclined. You may not like it, but you need to respect her decision. Be cool, be unflappable and be an adult about it. And don't even think about "getting her back." That's a guaranteed pathway to nothing more than frustration.
