@@corsomaximahu69 I don't think this applies to assignments as well as to studying in general. Let's say you are writing your conclusion for a paper. It is a complicated thing and if you take a quick break of 5 minutes, it is easy to lose your flow and forget what you wanted to write.
When you study a summary of your notes for a test, then taking a 5 minute break doesn't cause you to lose your flow, mainly because what you are studying is already on paper. That's my take on it at least. For example, when working on an assignment like a research paper, it works better for me to just work for 4 hours straight and just take a break when eating breakfast, lunch, dinner, etc.

Jesus Christ is the propitiation for the whole world's sins. They that believeth and are baptized (with the Holy Spirit) shall be saved; but they that believeth not shall be damned. Those led by the Holy Spirit do not abide in wickedness.
*God is ONE manifesting himself as THREE;* the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit! Bless him! *For these three are one.*
As I am led by the Holy Spirit, nothing I state is a lie, but the truth of God. Anyone who tells you differently is misinformed or a liar. They do not know God, nor led by him.
Anyone who *claims* to be a Christian and is against what I am doing, and where I am doing it; the Holy Spirit does not dwell within them, they lack understanding. They know not God, read his word, and their religion is in vain. Do not hear them, they will mislead you, the lost cannot guide the lost.

    • @Call_Upon_YAH
      @Call_Upon_YAH 2 года назад

When you trust in God and cast your cares (worries, anxiety, depression, suicidal thoughts) upon him, they will be NO MORE!
Know that there is power in the name Jesus Christ! His name casts out demons and heals!
The world is wicked, evil, and of the devil.
I too, was a wicked sinner of the world before I opened my heart to God. I am living proof of God's work and fruitfulness! He is an active God who hears the prayers of his! God's children are set apart (holy) and righteous. The devil is a liar that comes to steal, to kill, and to destroy; that includes your relationship with God!
Open your heart to God, repent of your sins (he will forgive you), and let him direct your path. Draw nigh to God, and he will draw nigh to you. Cleanse your hands and purify your heart, lest you walk with the devil and follow him to hell.

it's not something a late teen or early 20 something should be using to excuse their own behavior when they have full agency over.

If u study like this for 6 hours then,
    1 hour = 2 half hour
    6 hours = 12 half hours
After half hour 5 min break
    Break time=12*5 = 60 min (1 hour)
    So 6hr - 1hr = 5hr
So 5hrs of studying and 1hr of break time.

Studying takes stamina, and it can be imagined as a bar of patience that goes down slowly but goes up slowly.

No, work and learning have completely different impacts on the body.
Standing all day at work will cause bodily problems, hurt your feet, increase chances of heart attack and blood clots. Simply playing a videogame and taking a break every 30 minutes or so just lets your brain learn the game faster.
And let's say we bring this break stuff back to work. The body doesn't recharge when you're doing work and labor. It's like saying your body will recover every 30 seconds after doing 3 minutes of a workout. You might feel better but you're 100% still worse, and exhausted, and depleting yourself

      READ THIS!!!
Luke 15:7 I tell you, in just the same way there will be more joy in heaven over one sinner who repents than over ninety-nine righteous people who have no need of repentance.
      🎉🎉🎉
Is it just wonderful to know that when you are saved, there is a party in Heaven. Just for you. That is how much you matter to God.
Believe in the Righteous Almighty God, and be saved.
Do you want to have a relationship with someone who loves you beyond any other love. Someone who sacrificed himself for you and everyone on this Earth the one who created the heavens and the Earth be creator of everything do you want to be saved. Do you want eternal life with peace and joy forever your answer is Jesus if you do not know who Jesus is read the following Jesus is the Son of God that came to this Earth to save the people of their sins. when God-created Earth sin same came into Earth and tempted Eve(The first woman) to eat the fruit that God had forbidden her and Adam to not eat. If they do, they will die. Not immediately, but death is certain. Eve ate the fruit and gave Adam some to eat as well. And he did. That showed that humans are sinners and not perfect. That is why Jesus came to Earth to save humans of their sins. This leads to a relationship with God(the main reason) and eternal life. He did that by dying on the cross. 3 days later, he resurrected. The story of Jesus is beautiful. If you do not already have a Bible, purchase one. If you do not have the money, pray to God about you wanting a Bible and if he could please provide one for you. This does not mean a Bible will come from the sky and land on your hands. Pray to God every day. But to not be blabbering that just say a bunch of words to try to impress and show off to other people or to impress. This does not mean long prayers are bad always pray out of the heart. Give thanks also when you pray. The Father (also God) sent his only son Jesus Christ to die for you. Rejoice brothers and sisters because your price was payed by Jesus Christ death.
      Acts 16:31
They replied, "Believe in the Lord Jesus , and you will be saved- you and your household."
      🎉
Jesus loves You, smile, isn't that just amazing❤😊🎉
Keep trying, no matter what problem that you face. The power of God can strengthen you, and help you, just turn to God
all glory to the almighty, and only God😊❤😊❤

From then on i started to perceive things in a different perspective, further enlightening me and increasing my knowledge, until i finally had enough knowledge to know how to traverse time, it was only the materials that i needed. I once again searched for the Baby, to thank him for the knowledge he has taught me, however i couldn't find him. It was only a matter of time before i got the materials needed on hand. I have succesfully created a time machine that will bring me back to the prehistoric era, so i can teach this knowledge to our ancestors, to further develop the human society.

It's worth mentioning that these experiments are carried out in ideal conditions, and we cannot know with certainty if this happens in real situations, but it is still useful information and super interesting. What I would recommend is to try it out and see if it works, but remember that these things are not absolute and they can be adjustable to one's personal situation... at the end of the day, we all learn in different ways, and this applies to any other learning method.

    • @tedtod4489
      @tedtod4489 Год назад

Hey everyone! I just wanted to share some good news with you all. Let's just put it this way, the Ten Commandments are called the Moral Law. Ask yourself this. How many lies have you told? Have you ever stolen anything? Have you ever used God's name in vein? Have you ever hated someone or ever looked with lust? This is for you to judge yourself, but chances are that you are a lying, thieving, blasphemous, fornicating, adulterer at heart and you HAVE to face God on judgement day. Now ask yourself this. If God judges you on judgement day by these Commandments, will you be innocent or guilty? Of course you'll be guilty because we've all done these things. The truth is that none of us are good people and we NEED God's grace to make it to heaven. We judt simply cannot do it on our own. These Commandments arecalled the Moral Law. You and I broke the law, Jesus payed the fine. So now what we must do to be saved is to repent of our sins and trust alone in Jesus Christ!! To repent doesn't mean to just say I'm sorry, but to turn to Jesus and let Him truly be our Lord continually. If He is our Lord, He will lead us away from sin and into righteousness. He said that many will say to Him, Lord, Lord I have done all of these things for you. And He will say I never knew you. Depart from Me, ye who work iniquity! And those will be cast into outer darkness and raging hellfire and loneliness for all of eternity!!! Because we broke His law, He is very, very just to send us to hell. If someone had murdered 4 people and said to the judge, I've done nice things too and have tried to treat people nice but it was just one time, the judge would then say, okay but you're going to jail. And the judge is very just to do that. One last thing, if you were 10,000 feet in the air and you had to jump, you wouldn't jump out and flap your arms and try to save yourself. That's ridiculous! You would put on the parachute. It is the same with Jesus. You must trust Him as you trust the parachute. We are not good and we cannot save ourselves with our own goodness. We must trust alone in Him to save us. In just a moment of time you can pass from death to life. Jesus said, "Truly, truly I say to you, you must be born again." That is how we enter heaven. Through the blood and grace of Jesus Christ!!!!✝️If you ask someone how to enter Heaven, they will most likely say, "Be a good person." Well the Bible says that “none is good, no not one.” We like to compare ourselves to guys like Hitler and say, "Hey, I'm a pretty good guy compared to him." But when we compare ourselves to God's standard, we realize that the Bible speaks truth when it says that we all sinned and fallen short of the Glory of God! When we see this (our sin in its true light)we see how much trouble we are in and we say, "Well then there's nothing I can do. I'm going to hell for sure then." It's true that there is nothing that WE can do, but there is something that has already been done for you! God sent His One and Only Son to die on a cross as a sacrifice for our sins! So to recieve that eternal sweet sweet forgiveness, all we must do is repent of our sins (meaning to continually turn from them and confess them) and trust alone in Christ as you trust a parachute. If I was to push you out of an airplane, you'd want the parachute for sure! Don't try to flap your arms and save yourself, trust in the parachute! His finished work on the Cross IS ENOUGH!! He is the only way to Heaven, He said it Himself!! These other religions teach that we must he good and do good things and then maybe if we've been good enough, we will enter Heaven. But if that is true then we are all doomed to eternal hell because none of us are good. That's why this makes sense. Look at the Ten Commandments, they are written on your heart right now!! I promise that you have violated them. And you might still be doing that today. Therefore God is just to poor out His wrath on us because we deserve it!!! But Christ died for us so that we can spend eternity in Heaven with Him! Turn to Him today, and He and only He will save your soul "Verily, verily I say unto you, you must be born again ( to go to Heaven)."✝️The true joy of Christ dwells in me!!! Does it in you? I know where I'm going when I die! Do you? I have an ETERNAL victory! Do you? I have more joy than ever because of what Christ has done. I have been down both roads. The road of the wicked and the road of Christ. Christ is way better and my cup runneth over with true joy and salvation. If you do not know the One true God and are not sure of your salvation, I promise He will never fail you. Turn to Him in repentance and faith. Repent means to confess and forsake your sins, never turning back to them. I tried changing on my own but I couldn't. It took the power of Christ on the inside of me to do it for me. He will give you a new and clean heart with new and clean desires and you shall be born again. A new creation in Christ Jesus!!! Hallelujah!!!! Jesus said in order to enter the Kingdom of God, you must be born again!! Thank you Lord Jesus!✝️

Ah yes, I feel so recharged from my 5 minute break, I felt the pressure of a short clock the whole time and almost had time to make a sandwich. My friends love it when I call them, talk for 2 minutes, and then hang up every half hour. Not to mention how useful it will be to interrupt my flow every half hour of work.

This always sounds like a good idea, but it's not the same for everyone. That first 30 mins study is just the minimum time for me to actually get into focus. Then when I am absorbed enough in whatever that is, I can stay focused for up to 2 hours. Then I force myself to have a break. This is what I did when I studied for the national exam I took a few years ago. I still do it now that I am working. I just don't expect to be very productive right when I start, then just continue.
