This video changed my life
Stopped drinking since last 3 months ,hope fibrosses reduces. Lost around 13 kgs too. Mildly elevated enzymes are back within normal but bilirubin is mildly high. Refraining from Alcohol is most important along with a proper Diet plan. Thank you Dr Brown
Dr. Brown, thank you for this succinct and informative video. I recently moved to Colombia, have a friend that's been "En clinica" (Hospitalized) for over a week now because of her liver. Before she went in, I didn't understand the relationship between fibrosis, Hep, and nutrition, but thanks to your video, I understand liver disease and its factors.

Nice and concise explanation! Translated to alcohol and inflammation: one question: assuming that prolonged inflammation leads to fibrosis, is it correct to state that it is better to drink - let's say - 10 units on a saturday night once or twice a month, rather than drink 2 glasses of wine every evening?
no! 10 units would be like peeling a scab off a skinned knee, to make it form another scab...livers do not like more scarring...IF you already have fibrosis..don 't drink any alcohol..if you have a healthy liver..2 units (for men) is okay BUT no more than 2!

This is just superb, I been tryin to find out about "fatty liver ultrasound" for a while now, and I think this has helped. Have you heard people talk about - Bachalaswin Better Body Rule - (just google it ) ? Ive heard some incredible things about it and my mate got amazing success with it.
