Iv been obsessed with the mind lately . All the most successful people in the world have elite mindsets .. your fave actors musicians athletes business men ect all have this .. the powers of your mind are not taking seriously . I been studying sports phycology and mindsets of the most disciplined people in the world usen this to help me in my life .. litterly operating at higher levels then i thalt ever imagined.. whatever your dream chase your dreams and take time to study elite mindsets. Your brain is your biggest weapon most people don't unlock this power !

Jon Jones, man... ive heard of him. I've seen him fight sometimes, but ive never heard him speak. The way he's so sophisticated with his speech, the way he struggled with self confidence and not being a winner at 19, the way he has Philippians 4:13 as a close scripture to his heart, EVERYTHING. It all connects with me. My mom instilled that scripture in me as a kid, seeing someone who I admire in a fighting sport (I want to be a boxer, not MMA) recite that scripture seems almost cathartic.
I will make it as a professional boxer. I will be the best.

I’ve ran 51 miles since January 5th on treadmills and this is what I watch 95% of the time
Everything he mentions is completely legit, iv tested this many times and I don't need any more convincing to know that we have almost superficial powers in our own minds, and I feel for people who go through life without testing this power.

@@efosai think of anything you'd like to achieve, think about it frequently few times ina day for a month, it can take longer or happen faster, depending on the difficulty and commitment but with full belief that you can get it, whatever that might be within our norm, you will either get it or be a whole lot closer to getting it, either way, from there keep the energy rolling, whatever it is you might want your whole being has to be demoted to that task, dont allow yourself to get distracted by negative energy, it'll mean you'll have to start again if you lose yourself to lack of commitment.

this is true, this is actually a fact of the human psychology. i can attest to this i realized this a few years ago through my own meditative journey. when you're at the top going against another top athlete what sets you different from other top athletes is your belief and thoughts and how they affect you. of course this can only go a certain length, you still need to learn the basics, you can't just storm a dojo full of black belt jj practitioners while you had no experience grappling and out grapple them but at the top of the top when you got the fundamentals down and graduated from it, what separates you from the rest of the other top athletes is your belief and thoughts and how they affect you, cuz it WILL affect your performance AND choice in the field. but on the side note, jon jones has REALLY bad boxing skills for anyone wondering, he DOES have weaknesses you can capitalize on.
