  • A friend's wife found this old Waltham pocket watch going through some old family items. The serial number dates to 1902. It did not run. Though a little clouded by allergies and groggy from lack of sleep, I pop it open and go inside encountering some strange and unfamiliar bits.

Wristwatch Revival skipped showing the parts cleaning process at one time.
Now it's a key part of every one of his videos.

I think getting a watch cleaning machine helps add the visual interest. Maybe one day. I have a kitchen table hobby and there’s a little satisfaction making do with less. I enjoy Marshall at Wristwatch Revival and he seems like a good guy. The ultrasonic is pretty dull but maybe I’m being lazy by not filming it?

If you know about the sounds cats make you can almost understand them. That first Meow sound your cat made at the end of the video was "Where are you, I want something"

Haha! That would be Dodger’s main phrase. I have two litter mate rescues that have been with me nearly 15 years. They are both sweethearts. Dodger is the needier one.
