Sometimes I’m convinced that buster could manage a big league ball club
I was really hoping you talk about this, it’s crazy how many coaches are teaching kids at a younger age, develop your mechanics and a fastball first, like always thanks for your videos
Love the content glad ya back my guy
Love the content Trevor & Buster!
Trevor you’re my sons favorite player. He listens to your RUclips videos and is a big supporter of you.
Keep your head up man. Us real fans and players love you
This is awesome knowing buster taught me my curve when I was younger!
Heat and a good change up is an amazing combination for youth all the way through high school.
My cousin's elbow on the inside is completely jacked up from throwing curves at a young age. It just looks completely swollen at all times. He says it doesn't bother him but you can definitely see a difference compared to his other arm.
Let's go Brandon
Hey Trevor! Can you explain the difference between front squat, back squat and deadlift, their pros and cons and why or which of them an infielder should do? Thank you!
Yes.
More young pitchers need to learn how to create movement on their fastballs with throwing cutters and 2 seams rather than a big looping curveball. Mix in a good changeup for your off speed and you've got a deadly combo
I learned how to throw a curveball when I was about 12, by the time I got to high school it was a pretty mean curve (no super star type stuff). When I was 16 I got tendinitis and my fast ball was affected since I never healed 100%. My recommendation to parents; wait to teach them. Work on that 2-seam and 4-seam before thinking about the curve
Your dads so smart i never realized buster new so much because he isn’t really talking baseball i thought he just new the basics because you never talk about him
Y Love you red
👏
It’s the arm action not the pitch grips causing problems
What is something a college pitcher should do everyday to gain mobility? Yoga? Stretches?
Bom dia mano 🙂
So it’s ok to throw a curveball at 10, but not a slider until 17/18? Aren’t they doing the same thing to your elbow?
No, but I wouldn't teach either. Gas and control.
Could you guys maybe elaborate on why it’s ok to teach a 10 year old how to throw a curveball but not a slider until they’re an adult? I’d love to start working with my son on curveballs but do not want to risk anything health wise. I’ve always been told to wait until at least 13.
The whipping action in the arm and I would wait till hs for a curve too work on that 4 seam 2 seam command and arm strength
I learned a curveball when I was 11
Toooppp
Gas and control. Seen many travel league kids throwing breaking stuff and then have noodles in High School.
