Crazy Night in Palmdale June 9, 2022

- I shot this video after the show on the evening of June 9th, 2022... while I was cooking dinner... probably right around 1030pm PT.
I just walked out on my back patio while the pasta water was put on the stove... and I looked back towards Skunkworks (as in Lockheed) and I saw a bright light, low on the horizon, then a second, and then a third... all within a few seconds of each other... in a perfect triangle... so, I grabbed my phone and started recording.
While this drama was going down, a giant plane takes off... turns completely sideways (you can see in the video)... and it doesn't take off... it just makes a U-turn, and lands again. I don't know what kind of plane it was... I haven't checked out the video yet and blown up a few frames to see... but I'm sure many of you will be able to (maybe) figure it out.
The top light of the three in the 'triangle' flies away pretty quickly... I didn't see it until after my phone died (you can see it in the video).
Well, that's it! Nothing more.
Probably just some crazy flight testing of super secret stuff in the middle of the night... but, I gotta say, it was FUN to watch!!!

I live in Georgia now, but spent quite a few years in Lancaster/Palmdale when my dad worked at the "Skunkworks" (Lockheed) out there. This is amazing, Jimmy! Thanks for sharing!
what you're looking at are 3 jets flying straight at you miles away, lined up at different altitudes waiting to land. the other large one was obviously a jet taking off. probably the jet those other 3 were waiting to get off the ground so they could land.

Hey Jim, I live between Lancaster and Lake LA. I've seen some pretty strange things out my way but usually, it's something being flown out of Lockheed / Skunkworks or Northrop Grumman. I have captured an image of something on the tarmac (through satellite imaging) that you would be really interested in.
That's a very large plane. It's making a turn at the 134 mark. They only fly that thing at night usually. Now that I recall, it was in the sky Thursday night. Sorry to bust your bubble Jim. No UFO 👽

That grayish cloud looks like a face skeleton looking 😳🤔 it's just to the right of the top white dot (like on the cheek of the face)
Looks like an airplane route. Either landing or taking off. When I lived in Las Vegas, you could see lights in the sky stretching for miles in a fairly straight formation.
Last month we launched a few big balloons filled with helium attached to a Amazon single LED light. The LED's stay bright for over 10 hours. Caused quite a commotion in the darkened sky, police received dozens of 'UFO' calls. Great fun, people went nuts!
I lived in Rosamond for 20 years from 1993 until 2013. I camped out a lot just north of Edwards AFB between the base and Hwy 58. There was all sorts of crazy, unidentified shit flying around that part of the sky day & night. Probably still is.

Pretty cool Jimmy! My uncle lived in Lancaster, worked at Edwards for years, on the Apollo electronics, the X15 and other programs. I was little, early 60’s, when he said to us kids several occasions,”have you ever seen little green men?” I could just kick myself for not asking questions later, he passed, in my 20’s

Which way are you facing, if your facing north you have Palmdale Regional Airport, Edwards AFB, not sure what the stationary lights are, could be planes way off in the distance on approach to an airport, the other light is a jet with running lights on and you can hear it’s engines if you listen closely.

The big plane on the u-turn is either a C5 galaxy or a C17 globalmaster. Too dark to really tell which. Nice to see some aircraft being tested and in an interesting formation too. I'm guessing it's a trick of perspective and they are in a line, really. Also, First (top point) one going from where it was so many miles out and so high to flying low and slow (so low you can see to lights either side of a body, like a plane's runway lights) over head (maybe on a go around) it makes me wonder how it got there so fast with no sonic boom. It had to cover several miles in like less than 10 seconds and when it got to jimmy it was not going that fast at all. Very intriguing

When you said the top one disappeared, you can actually see it at the top of the screen shooting off out of the camera sight. Looked like a plane. Probably all planes since it looks like they all have aviation lights blinking

You can hear the unmistakable sound of jet engines. Not to mention the landing lights, and the flashing collision avoidance lights. This is a no brainer

The big one appears to have been a large conventional aircraft. The three in a triangle seemed closer at the beginning and further away after the end. The lower left part of teh triangle appeared to clear airspace for the large aircraft, if I saw correctly..
You gotta focus your attention/intent at them and tell them "blink the light a couple times".
JIMMY! I saw the SAME THING back in December in Los Angeles. Looking North-Northeast, correct? I even reported it to Peter Davenport because I saw it twice over the course of a week. Super bright, looked like planets, and it looked to me to be in outer space. 3 lights in a triangular formation. Blinked out by themselves. My gut tells me it’s a high altitude test from Edwards AF Base or even a base in Nevada.

I see a few lights indeed, but that big one looks like a plane to me, and even a sound of a plane can be heard when it‘s taking off, so the „big one“ Jimmy is talking about I would count of as being an UFO to be honest.
