I'm newer to channel and I find the FTC methods interesting. What's your approach to weight lifting? Is it worth it or should I rather be focusing being on the track?
Getting strong is good but speed must be priority.

How do you rationalize the eight items FLY:10y,10m,20y,20m,35m,40y accel:15y into a 10m Fly SPRINTS:40y,55m into a plan?
We randomly do different things in speed workouts.

Hey coach I’ve been following you for quite some time now. I see you use 3 150s with 4 min rest. What’s the difference when u use the same 3 150s but this time with 8 min rest.
Doesn’t create much acidosis. Not training lactate as well.
@@coachtonyholler makes sense how those longer breaks actually end up more painful at the end 😂
