DC plane crash: Boston skaters' beautiful expression of their grief on the ice

was deeply moved to see The Skating Club of Boston's tribute on the ice for the 6 from their community who tragically died in the DC plane crash on Wednesday 29th January 2025.
A beautiful expression of their grief for the loss of athletes Jinna Han and Spencer Lane, their mothers Jin Han and Christine Lane, and coaches Vadim Naumov and Evgenia Shishkova.
Sharing here my reflections on this tender moment. As well as more broadly how our individual and collective expressions of grief can be profoundly helpful in our grief journeys. Including how we can use creativity as an outlet at a time when we are lost for words.
